Bien's phone hadn't stopped buzzing since morning, flooded with messages from Sing FM's group chat. He chose to ignore them all, finding none worthy of a response. During his show, he even set his phone to vibrate to minimize distractions.

When enough messages were left unanswered, Susan Bog and Vilfredo Vicente thought it would be a great idea to ring his phone nonstop. But it was all to no avail. Bien was long gone from Sing FM, yet the calling persisted.

"Cry me a river," Bien muttered, watching another call attempt to illuminate his phone, which sat charging on his desk.

"You know, you could just turn off your phone if you don't want to be bothered," Axel suggested.

"Nah." Bien waved dismissively. "I like seeing them crawl."

"Ah! So this office has birthed yet another demon. The name of this company must really be cursed."

Bien chuckled. "Who's the other demon?"

"Christian Anthony Royce..." Axel's voice dropped. "He's terrifying when he's angry."

Bien arched an eyebrow skeptically. "I don't believe you. I've seen him treat everyone. And everyone loves him."

"He's like a dormant volcano. Too explosive, and you won't see it coming." Axel shivered. "There was this one incident. We call it the Wife Incident, where one of the founders—"

"A founder?" Bien cut in.

"A founder!" Axel affirmed, leaning closer. "One of the founders insulted someone we call 'the wife.' Christian got so mad he flipped a table, gave that person's money back, and kicked him out of the company. It was the first time I saw him lose his temper—face turning red, eyes ablaze, veins bulging."

"Who's 'the wife'?"

"That's classified information, I'm afraid," Axel replied with a grin. "Rumor has it that 'the wife' is the real owner of Bad Egg Productions, and Christian respects 'the wife' so much."

Bien dropped his work. "That's it," he said. "Now I really need to know who the wife is. Wait. "Bien paused thoughtfully. "I think I might know who she is. There was this blonde woman who once cornered Christian on the rooftop—blonde hair, big boobs, not so pretty."

Axel's eyes widened. "You've met her?"

"She seemed rather clingy."

Axel placed a hand over Bien's mouth. "Shh! You can't speak ill of her. Christian is fiercely protective of her."

"Is she 'the wife'?" Bien whispered.

"I don't know," Axel responded cautiously. "None of us have ever seen her. Not even I, the COO, know her identity. If she freely wanders the rooftop garden, though, chances are she's 'the wife'."

"What are you two whispering about?" Christian suddenly appeared behind their cubicle.

Bien quickly returned to his work, while Axel grabbed his tumbler nervously.

"Oh look, I'm out of coffee!" Axel exclaimed, darting away from Christian's intense gaze. "I need to add creamer. Yes, creamer..." He hurried off toward the pantry.

Christian turned to Bien with a quizzical expression. "What's going on?"

Bien continued working on a client's marketing materials without looking up. "Oh, nothing. We were just talking about you."

Christian pointed at himself. "Me?"

Bien nodded casually. "Axel mentioned you might have a bit of a demon streak."
