When Megan opened her eyes she felt it was wet underneath her. She stood up unsteadily and observed the space where she was. It was totally black, although not dark. She slowly walked forward and then heard a voice from behind her. She turned round to see where it was coming from, but to her surprise, she saw no one. At that moment she heard loud whispers as if there were thousands of individuals, snickering maliciously  "Who has dared to touch the manuscript?".  The words sent shivers down her spine, as she understood that she was facing powerful and transcendental individuals. Megan, in horror, asked -  stuttering over her own words -, "W-who are you?". The voices replied to her question directly " Megan, it is of no importance as of now, but we are here to warn you. You're dealing with relics beyond your comprehension. You may take them, but we forbid you to give them to another who wishes to steal them or use them with bad intentions. They are able of destroying your world. Do you understand?". Megan was beginning to realise how crucial and dangerous the manuscript was and also the bone discovered beside it. She had questions to ask but before she could utter a word, the whisperers talked again, "The name of the manuscript is 'Thynuk fir vertrus'  - the Verses of Fate. As for the 'sharp bone' that's a weapon capable of erasing the void. It can only be used by the Sectretum Oculus - the Secret Eye.
These are magical and powerful individuals, whose destiny it is to destroy the Crimson Gur, who are pure evil and who also have a cycle to obliterate the Sectretum Oculus. To sum up, it is an infinite war. They cannot stop it for it's their instinct to follow the cycle of war"
This information and the fact that they, whoever the whisperers were, could read her mind overwhelmed her.
Suddenly a shadow pushed her forehead with its index finger bringing her back to conciousness.
