IT WAS EIGHT O'CLOCK IN THE EVENING AND THE GIRLS WERE GETTING FOR A NIGHT AT THE BAR. this time, they were also joined by valentina, having invited her over and smuggled her into the resort.
there was loud white girl music, echoing through the entire house. linnea was curling bella's hair and lucy was busy doing valentina's make up. they had all changed into dresses, all coordinated of course.
"bella, update us on kimi. you haven't even talked about your little breakfast date." lucy demanded, taking a short pause from doing val's make up before continuing again.
"chat he's soooooo..." she trailed off, making the rest of the girls giggle in excitement for their friend. "tell us more, babe."
"so he texts me asking if i was up for breakfast on the beach. which, first of all, YES. and then he came and picked me up here, guys he held his hand out for me to grab." she squealed happily.
"so we set up the whole thing and i like gave him a kiss on the cheek, and he just goes 'you missed'. girl... so i kissed him and then i remembered teo and tonio wanted to meet him." she recalled, smiling joyfully at the memory.
"oh girl... what did they want?" linnea asked, grabbing another piece of her hair and twisting it around the iron. "they wanted to check if he was an asshole or not. when he said he was from emilia-romagna, they were all happy because dad is from there." bella explained.
"oh val, for your information, teo and tonio are my brothers." she said, the girl nodding in reply, "thought it was something like that." she spoke.
"so, kimi got the stamp of approval and after that we just finished our breakfast and kissed a little more." she giggled like a child on christmas, making the other girls whoop.
"that's so cute. i need oliver to text me for breakfast right fucking now." linnea said, grabbing the last piece of uncurled hair and twisting it around the iron. "you're all done!" she smiled. "thanks babe, hugs and kisses." bella said, getting up.
a few minutes later, all of the girls were done getting ready. "i'll call santi." lucy said, already grabbing her phone. after a few rings, the boy picked up. lucy put him on speaker so the other girls could hear as well.
there was a lot of shouting and the beat of 'nightcrawler' could be heard in the background. kimi, ollie, paul and dino were all at the boys' house, making it a lot more lively down there.
"you guys ready?" santiago's voice sounded through the phone. "yeah! we'll come over to your guys' house." lucy said, suddenly a crash was heard from santiago's side.
"what the fuck was that?" linnea asked, lowkey worried if one of the boys had hurt themselves. "oh dino just ate shit, it's fine though, he's already up again." santi said, sounding completely unbothered.
the girls looked at each other, all holding in their laughs. "okay, whatever. we'll see you guys in a second." valentina said quickly, pressing the hang up button on lucy's phone.
"what the fuck?" bella laughed, the other three girls joining her immediately.
when the laughs had ceased, the girls made their way out of the house. they locked up after them and linnea took the keys, once again.
they walked towards the guys' house, taking a few pictures of each other while doing so. they arrived a few minutes later, the sound of the box playing some rap song could be heard loudly from outside the house.
"our neighbors hate us." lucy stated, ringing the bell of the house. about thirty seconds later, paul opened the door. "hi, ladies. GUYS! THEY'RE HERE!" paul loudly yelled, wanting his voice to be heard over the music.
a few seconds later, the music disappeared and the five other boys came into view from the living room. they all greeted each other, all of the girls staying with their designated boy.
well, in their minds it was designated. bella was with kimi, lucy was talking to santiago, linnea had her arm curled in ollie's and valentina was standing next to diego, who shyly smiled at her.
paul and dino were already walking away from the house, "you guys coming?" dino asked, looking at the four couples. the eight reacted immediately and followed their friends to the bar.
it was still relatively quiet, since it was still early. they all sat down in a big circle booth, which felt like a vip lounge. a few minutes later, two female waitresses came up to the table.
"good evening, what can we get you guys started on?" a very pretty blonde girl asked. bella looked around the table, spotting paul looking at her with heart eyes. she smirked to herself and tapped kimi on the arm, motioning at paul.
"ohhhh, he wants her bad." kimi whispered in her ear, making her chuckle and nod. lucy ordered a sex on the beach for all four of the girls, it not even being a question.
the six boys all decided to share one big jug of sangria, making it easy for the girls to write down. "it'll be with you shortly!" the other waitress said, cheerily. perhaps too cheerily. bella wasn't sure yet.
as the evening grew darker, the bar grew fuller. more and more people started coming in, making the ethos more lively.
an hour later, two more rounds of drinks had been emptied into all of the teenagers bodies. suddenly, bella heard the tune of 'mirrors' by justin timberlake. "oh my god, kimi! we have to go dance!" she yelled excitedly.
the boy didn't even protest, following arabella out of the booth and onto the dance floor. "THE VACANCY THAT SAT IN MY HEART, IS A SPACE THAT NOW YOU HOLD!" bella yelled out the lyrics spinning herself under the boys arm.
she continued screaming the lyrics as loud as she could, jumping around with kimi's hands in hers. when the last part of the song came on, it slowed down a bit.
the boy took this opportunity to pull arabella into him by her waist. their foreheads touched as the girl quieted down a bit, still singing along softly under her voice.
"now, you're the inspiration of this precious song and i wanna see your face light up since you put me on... so now, i say goodbye to the old me, it's already gone and i can't wait, wait, wait to get you on..."
to bella's surprise, kimi knew this part of the song. he sang it softly with her, separating their heads by a few centimeters to look her in the eyes.
as the outro played, he looked at her intensely. "stop looking at me like that." she stated, clearly not minding at all. "like what?" he asked, his eyes not daring to leave hers.
"like you want me to fall in love with you." she stated, making the boy smile. he moved his right hand up from her hip, stopping at her cheek.
"what if i do want you to?"
