The autobots remained wary of me for quite some time, but that wariness would begin to fade one by one as I gained their trust.

The first autobot to start trusting me was the cyberninja, much to my surprise.

It started when I accidently caught him off guard while he was tending to a strange organic structure with small green oval like projections on its long, gnarly, and numerous parts.

"What are you doing?" I asked, startling the Pits out of Prowl.

"Primus!" He exclaimed. "How is a big bot like you so quiet?"

"I learned some things from a former cyberninja." I said, my optic drifting to the structure. "What is that anyway?"

"It's an organic lifeform called a tree." Prowl said. "I've been tending to it and helping it grow."

Curious, I entered the cyberninja's room and approached this 'tree', Prowl watching me with suspicion the entire time.

"This tree," I said. "It's alive?"

"Yes, but it's not sentient." Prowl said. "However, it still grows, consumes, and reproduces despite not having sentience."

"Fascinating." I said as I lightly touched the strong trunk of the tree. The texture of the bark was unlike anything I've felt before. It was rough and hard yet fragile feeling against my digits. Each piece of the bark was like a scale of some alien creature. As I was admiring the tree, I saw a flitter of movement out of the corner of my optic. I turned towards the source and spotted a fantastic looking creature nestled among the green.

The creature was small with bright green wings and a fuzzy body. It had many legs, ebony black eyes, and 2 fluffy projections coming from its head. It was adorable.

"Hello, little thing." I said quietly, Prowl too now, noticing the creature.

"A Luna moth!" Prowl said. "I haven't seen one in person before." The moth took off from the branch and fluttered about the room before landing on my still outstretched arm.

Curious, I slowly pulled my arm towards myself and allowed the moth to climb up my arm and onto my digits.

"Be careful," Prowl said. "Moths are very fragile."

"Such a pretty little thing." I said with an awestruck expression. I slowly brought the moth towards my face in order to get a closer look. It slowly opened and closed its large wings in an almost hypnotic way. "The creatures on this planet are so small yet... they hold a strange beauty. How can something so small be so magical?"

The moth adorably seemed to look up at me before taking off from my digits. It fluttered around my helm a few times before making its way into the dusky sunset above.

"I see why the autobots aim to protect this planet." I said quietly, Prowl silently observing me as I spoke. I turned my helm to him and gave him a soft smile. "It's a beautiful and unique world far more alien than anything any of us had seen."

"The autobots aim to protect all life." Prowl said. "No matter where they are or how small they are."

"I can understand why." I said.

"You can as well, you know." Prowl said. I tilted my helm slightly and answered his comment with a confused look. " You don't have to follow the Decepticons anymore."

"I am a Decepticon," I said. "It's how I was forged, how I was raised, and how I live. I can not abandon that." I paused a bit as I became deep in thought. "However, that will not stop me from also protecting this planet."

Prowl smiled at me and nodded to show his satisfaction with my response.
