Ubidar: An Old Faithful Exploration

Chapter 5

The two of them arrive at the Mansion of the Zinmal Family. Raymond looks around as he looks at the flowers, seeing that it reminds him of someone, but he doesn't remember who. This gives him a pained look on his face as he tries to figure out why.

"Raymond, is everything alright." Vivian wonders as even in the short time they've known each other, she's never seen such a look on his face. He shakes his heads suddenly and slaps his cheeks so hard, that it shocks her. He looks over at her and smiles a softly.

"I'm okay, I was just trying to remember some stuff." Raymond says as the two of them chat for a little bit making sure he's okay. They make their way inside and eventually they manage to convince the Head Maid and Butler to let him work for them as a Gardener. The two of them spend the next ten hours working with a few half hour breaks here and there. As Raymond stands in the middle of their flower garden, a large gust of wind suddenly appears out of nowhere along with some Black lightning, with Violet and Blue sparks. He looks behind him, only to find that a giant Dimensional Spatial Time Rift of Memories has appeared as it confuses him greatly. Vivian rushes outside to where Raymond is while the others stay safely inside the mansion.

"Raymond, what the hell is this? Is this one of those rifts you talked about?" Vivian questions as she looks at him with a worried look.

"Well, that's partially true." Raymond says as he can't help but look at the Rift in extreme worry.

"Is it one of those dangerous rift you mentioned before?" She questions trying to understand what's happening.

"Well, I wish I could explain it that well, but this is a much more dangerous Rift that would make those dangerous ones I talked about earlier seem like a walk in the park. These are what is generally know as Memory Rifts." Raymond says and doesn't elaborate further. He grabs Vivian's shoulders and looks her directly in the eyes. "Please survive, and be careful!" Raymond says suddenly.

"Wait, what do you mean?" Vivian says as suddenly a bright light appears and the two of them vanish.

Vivian wakes up in what seems to be a Soft Rose colored field with nothing but beautiful nature surrounding her.

Raymond wakes up to find himself in an area with nothing but soft sapphire colored nature covered in what seems to be the same color but as a flame on everything.

Vivian gets up and notices that the land below her has more of Soft Lavender Colored nature to it.

Raymond notices that as he stands up and walks around, everything he interacts with turns a Deep Lavender Color. He walks forward and suddenly stops as he sees a lone overgrown house in the middle of the woods as he looks around and suddenly everything is a forest instead a field.

Vivian begins to walk around and notices that everything becomes a forest around her. She notices an old overgrown looking cabin. The two of them stand there in their different worlds, confused. They both approach the buildings in their world, only for the two of them to get a strange sense of worry, and fear, as well as extreme sadness. Vivian opens the door to the cabin and looks inside to see an old looking man. The old man slowly looks over at her and his eyes brighten as he looks at her. He gets up in a hurry and rushes over to her, and immediate gives Vivian a hug with all of his might. While shocked, Vivian finds it weird, but she doesn't want to stop the hug. She feels like this old man really needs this.

"My precious wife, Vivian Flora Oden, I never thought I'd see you again." The Old man says in a very deep husky voice, shocking her. "I thought I'd lost you in the War!" He says as tears begin flowing down his face. Vivian stands there in confusion as she tries to think of what war he could possibly mean since she's never had a relationship in the past due to her life being only about war. He pushes himself away and looks at her more closely only to realize that it's not his wife. He lets go of her and backs up a bit. "Sorry about that, while you're a Vivian, you aren't my wife, you just are the exact spitting imagine of her so my emotions overtook me." The old man says as he walks back over to his chair and sighs.

"Excuse me, but if you don't mind me asking who you are?" Vivian asks as she walks over to him. He introduces himself as Raymond Joy Oden, then begins telling Vivian about how he married his wife and she married into his family and became Oden as well as well of the story of his tragic lost. However, Raymond's situation inside the house he found is a bit of a different story. Raymond opens the door, only to find two people laying in the chair together, leaning against each other affectionately. He walks over to them and he immediately realizes two things, one is that these people are Vivian and Raymond, and two they're dead. He looks around for several minutes, and decides to find out what happened.

"Let's see what happened here." Raymond says as he his magic combined with soul magic to scan the whole area, then wave his hand, creating a magic screen. Raymond sits there in shock seeing all they way back to how the two of them met. Their life was entirely different than that of his. When the two of them met, they immediately tried to kill each other since they recognized that the energy from the other was very different. They battled for ten days straight, until the Mythical beings themselves got involved and ended the fight. Their families ended up getting involved much earlier and they both ended up forcefully getting married to different people. After two hundred year, both of their spouses had passed away, and they eventually got closer, going camping and relaxing, before eventually trying to kill each other again, and over and over. This continued for hundreds of years, even after they got married. Raymond continues watching what happened after that for the next three weeks while Vivian listens to the old man's story for three weeks.

"Thank you for listening to this old man's story..." Old Man Raymond said to Vivian as he passes away in her arms as she holds his hand and cries. Raymond sits there crying in the front of the two after seeing how their life went. Suddenly someone opens the door, along with three other people, only to see Raymond crying in front of their dead parents.

"Who the fuck are you!" The one with pink hair says as they grab him, and turn him around to look at him. The one with blue hair runs toward him and gets ready to punch him until,

"Stop!" The one with silver hair shouts and the two of them stop and let him go.

"Sis, why did you stop us?" They both say in confusion as she walks up to to Raymond. She helps him up, and immediately hugs him.

"Is there a reason you're hugging someone you don't know?" Raymond questions as he looks down as her, only to see her crying, so he pats her head.

"Except, I do know you, even if you don't know me!" The silver haired girl says as she stays there for a few minutes. She backs up a bit and waves out her hand, seeing Platina get summoned.

"Platina?" Raymond says in confusion wondering why she came out.

"Yes?" The silver haired girl says and as the sword glows brightly.

After a while the two of them exit the rift and find themselves back in the garden three days later.
