The night was quiet as Gemini and Fourth walked away from the blood-soaked warehouse. The chaos of the battle had faded into the background, leaving only the distant hum of the city to fill the silence between them. But the quiet wasn't peaceful—it was heavy, weighed down by everything they had been through. The words they had left unsaid seemed to hang in the air, a barrier between them that neither could easily cross.

As they made their way through the winding streets, the city lights casting long shadows around them, Fourth couldn't help but steal glances at Gemini. He looked different now, as if the weight of Sathit's death had stripped away some of the sharp edges that had always defined him. The anger, the obsession, the drive for revenge—all of it had been replaced by a quiet, weary resignation. But beneath that weariness, Fourth could still see the man he had fallen in love with—the man who had, despite everything, always fought for them.

But the wounds of betrayal were still fresh, and Fourth wasn't sure how to bridge the gap between them. Every step they took together felt like a step into the unknown, and the uncertainty gnawed at him. Could they really find their way back to each other after everything that had happened?

They reached the mansion just before dawn, the first light of morning creeping over the horizon. The once-grand house now felt like a ghost of its former self, the memories of what they had shared there tainted by the lies and secrets that had come to light. Fourth hesitated at the door, his hand hovering over the handle, as if entering would somehow shatter the fragile peace they had found in the aftermath of the battle.

Gemini noticed his hesitation and turned to him, his expression a mixture of sorrow and hope. "Fourth... I know things can't go back to the way they were. But I need you to know that I never wanted to hurt you. I thought I was protecting you, but I realize now that I was wrong. I should have trusted you from the start."

Fourth looked at him, searching for the truth in his words. He could see the regret in Gemini's eyes, the way his shoulders sagged with the weight of everything that had happened. But he also saw the love that had always been there, even through the lies and the pain. It was that love that had kept them together, that had brought them this far. And it was that love that made Fourth want to believe in the possibility of a future for them, even if it wasn't the one they had imagined.

"I'm not going to lie, Gem," Fourth said quietly. "What you did hurt me. It broke something between us, and I don't know if it can be fixed. But..." He paused, struggling to find the right words. "But I still care about you. I still want to try. If we can find a way to rebuild, I want to do that. But it's going to take time."

Gemini nodded, his eyes filled with a mixture of relief and understanding. "I know. And I'm willing to do whatever it takes. I just want to be with you, Fourth. I don't care about anything else."

They stood there for a long moment, the silence between them no longer as heavy as it had been before. It was a tentative peace, fragile and uncertain, but it was a start.

Finally, Fourth pushed open the door and stepped inside. The mansion was quiet, the shadows of the night still lingering in the corners of the rooms. They moved through the space silently, each lost in their own thoughts, until they reached the living room.

Fourth sank onto the couch, the exhaustion of the past few days catching up with him all at once. He leaned back, closing his eyes as he tried to process everything that had happened. Gemini sat beside him, close but not touching, as if unsure of what was allowed now.

For a long time, they sat in silence, the weight of their shared history pressing down on them. But gradually, the tension between them began to ease, replaced by a sense of understanding. They had been through too much together to simply walk away, but they also knew that things couldn't continue as they had before.

"I don't know where we go from here," Fourth admitted, his voice barely above a whisper. "But I want to find out. I want to figure this out together."

Gemini looked at him, his expression softening. "We'll take it one step at a time. No more lies, no more secrets. We'll rebuild, however long it takes."

Fourth nodded, feeling a small spark of hope ignite within him. It wasn't going to be easy. There were still wounds that needed to heal, still doubts that needed to be resolved. But for the first time in a long while, Fourth felt like they might actually have a chance.

"Let's start by getting out of here," Fourth suggested, glancing around the room. "This place... it's full of too many memories. We need a fresh start."

Gemini smiled, a genuine smile that reached his eyes for the first time in what felt like forever. "I couldn't agree more. Where do you want to go?"

Fourth thought for a moment before answering. "Anywhere. Somewhere far from here. Somewhere we can just be ourselves, without all the chaos."

Gemini reached out and took Fourth's hand, his grip firm but gentle. "Then let's go. Let's leave this all behind and start over."

They packed quickly, taking only what they needed. As they walked out of the mansion for the last time, leaving behind the ghosts of their past, Fourth felt a strange sense of relief. The weight that had been pressing down on him seemed to lift, just a little, as they stepped into the morning light.

They didn't know what the future held, but they knew they would face it together. And for now, that was enough.

As they drove away from the city, the sun rising behind them, Fourth reached out and took Gemini's hand. The road ahead was long, and the path was uncertain, but with each other, they could find their way.

And as they left Bangkok behind, the echoes of their past faded into the distance, replaced by the quiet hope of a new beginning.
