Chapter - 11
____________

Her dark hair was tied up into a short ponytail. The small waist moved with her hips in a synced manner.

Her grey eyes looked up at the giant stone map as she stopped with the deepest groan she could attain.

It was a long way to accept that she was not in her hometown. She came far ahead somewhere else. To the place called Xentric Academy.

She was rather disappointed.

The place was not so outlandish, and neither did the green spaces in front of her. They were not very fancy to look at; she would rather be at the funeral of some graveyard than be in a place so plain.

She heard many things before coming here, but what she got as a result dissatisfied her.

"And I thought, this year would be any good." Her voice was sassy, smoky and a bit sarcastic.

She called her car which was standing a few meters away, was driven towards her.

The girl of her age jumped in the grass as soon as the car gate opened, and she rolled down on the grass at least twice before standing straight and looking at her.

"Any problem, Miss Lush?"

Her eyes bored into the redhead as she signalled her to get to where she was standing.

At first, she hesitated, but how could she? She was trained hard to protect her these whole years. Why did her presence still make her nervous?

It was her first mission and so far, it wasn't easy to complete without sweating blood and breaking bones... of others.

"And, don't call me Miss Lush; from now on, call me Inessa..." She leaned on her face and recited - "Just Inessa, is fine."

"Yes, Miss Lush."

"Inessa." Her smile was madly twisted.

So the girl repeated her name - "Yeah, Inessa."

"Right." Her smile disappeared as her eyes dropped to the coldness. She was not having it. The place just did not welcome her.

Why was that?

"What was your name again?" She asked as the girl followed her long steps behind.

"It's Luna Heathers."

"Luna, huh?"

The car followed them from a distance as Inessa talked to her in a low voice. Looking for any kind of breathing being in their presence.

No, Nobody was there.

But she was as prepared as possible.

When they were close to the destination, Luna's head snapped up to the castle-like girl dorm; the building was so intensely designed that it was hurting her eyes, not in a bad way, but the exterior screams complexity and royal.

The entrance was touching the 2 floors.

The main gate was of the height of 1 floor. Terrifying. It could consume both and not even but in the end.

Ironically, the dark building was surrounded by a heavy and vibrant set of flowers and trees.

After getting her stuff, she walked inside the entrance. The car stood outside the whole time. Luna followed her with her belongings.

She tried to take her stuff, but Inessa never had her chance to do so.

After entering the main dorm building, they needed to head to the top floor of the building. It was only available for the Elites of the elites.
