Vaidehi's eyes fluttered open groggily taking in her surroundings. She was met with darkness the air thick with the scent of dampness and decay. She tried to sit up but a sharp pain shot through her head making her wince
She raised her hand to hold her head and that's when she noticed the cold metal chain wrapped around one of her wrist
Her gaze followed the chain attached to her wrist her eyes tracing the path to the wall where it was anchored with a sturdy iron bracket
As her senses returned she took in her surroundings her heart sinking with every detail
She lay on a bed adorned with crimson sheets and black pillows the fabric smooth to the touch. The room was spacious with walls painted a deep rich red and black furniture that seemed to absorb the dim light and a touch of Gold details

what makes it more creepy was the large window completely shrouded in a black curtain blocking out any natural light. The sound of heavy raindrops pattering against the ground outside created a somber melody a constant reminder of her isolation
The only source of light came from a small table lamp beside her casting flickering shadows on the walls. The lamp's soft glow illuminated the chain making it seem like a snake wrapped around her wrist holding her captive
Panic set in her heart racing with every passing second. She tried to remember how she got there and that's when she recalls everything
From the bomb blast to her passing out And of course her last conversation with Raghav
