There are two types of people in this world;those who face and live in the reality of life and those who don't face it and lives in an illusion created by themselves.
Well I'm the second kind.People like me don't even try to face reality.
Im 22year old now but I'm gonna tell what happened in the year 2024 ,when I was16 years old.
I had an average life. If life was a story I wouldn't even be a side character.I was a nobody.
On May 26 ,2024 my life took a 180degree turn.
It was midnight at somewhat around 11pm when my best friend called me .
She never called at night. I picked up the call,she had called for help ,some people came to her house and knocked out her family but somehow she managed to hide in the kitchen.
As soon as the call ended she sent me a recording of our call and a picture of her family members tied together on the floor.
I ran to my father's room and woke him up.I showed him the picture,we got ready and headed to the police station.
We reached the police station showed the cops the recording and the picture,and we headed to her house.
We had to drive for half an hour to reach her house. My heart was pounding like crazy .The cops parked their car a little mile away from her house.
My father and the policemen headed to her house slowly while
I was told to wait in the car . I had no patience so I went to the back of the house. The back door was open when I entered into the house,lily (my best friend) ran to me and hugged me.
Soon we heard some footsteps coming in our way,so we ran to hide .I hid behind a cabinet but lily wasn't able to hide in time.
A tall big man covered his face with a mask grabbed lily by the neck and dragged her into the hallway.
I don't remember what happened after that but what lily told me was that I had grabbed a knife and I stabbed the man 5 times in the back.
That's when I regained my consciousness. There was blood on the floor ,on lily and even on me.
I got scared and felt like throwing up. Suddenly everything became blurry and I passed out.
The next thing I knew was waking up in a hospital,a mental hospital.
His names Dail. The names kinda wierd, don't know why.
