Who am I? That's the question we would always ask ourselves in the mirror or just in our thoughts. It's something that we will always ask ourselves from now until death takes us. My name is Maverick Morgan this is my story.
I've been asking that question since I was ten years old. Since before Moms accident. That accident was the reason why I hate The Seven exclusively that fucker Homelander. why do i hate Homelander so much it's because he was my mother's accident. For the last five years i learned something I learned that I had powers it gives me strength that i could control, It emits a green lighting around me but i also gained other abilities like Float, a danger sense, a speed up and a slow down ability. I also have a smoke screen ability that produces a purplish gas from around me. I also have a some weapons that I had created.
He lasered her in the torso when we were being held at gunpoint by terrorist, then he flew off without a second thought without even checking on her. It was so bad that i had to look away while her screams were slowly dying out. I was a 15 year old boy with an undying hatred to someone who is stronger than me.
I lived in the city of New York, you know the city that the Seven practically run. They had a new entry last year with the addition of Starlight. Sure they grew in popularity but I also grew up for the last five years.
Before I could even continue walking, my best friend called me. So i answer with a sigh.
Maverick: Luke, look man i told you I just can't do these meeting.
Luke: But if you do these meetings now and early you could get into Goldokin University. That's the dream we made when we were kids
Maverick: *chuckles* Thats was dream, but it's changed now i have bigger thing in mind.
Luke: Bigger than college?
Maverick: Oh yeah, definitely bigger.
Luke: Alright I'm gonna let you go now I'll talk to you later man.
Maverick: Yeah I'll talk later. Bye man.
I then hang up the phone and put it in my pocket. I continue walking around a building I have been studying for years now. The tower of the Seven the worlds most powerful hypocrites.
I walk into the building and trying to find an elevator. I've been studying the Team but mostly Homelander. Vought really needs better security because I cracked their shitty password to one of there workers. Whose password is "Ashley!" like damn.
I also know that Homelander cannot see through Zinc so I crafted a mask made from Zinc. I might have stolen some from a lab that I snuck into. So what, what person doesn't steal.
I pass a security guard that wasn't paying attention. I then see a fire alarm which I pull so it evacuates the building. I then press the elevator to go up into the meeting room of the Seven. As the elevator door opens. I grab the weapons I told you about. Put on my hood and a face mask.
