One week after training started...

---

"Why did you only train Zake and Vasko?" Isol asked curiously. "Why not go after Eli, Vin, or even Jiho? They could be just as useful."

Lin chuckled, a knowing smile on his face. "Haha... you'll see, Isol. Everything will make sense soon enough."

He glanced at the new quest notification that had appeared in his view.

Back at school...

A week had passed since Lin started training Zake, Vasko, and Daniel. Each of them had a different focus in their training. Vasko worked mainly on building strength, making himself stronger to back up his aggressive style. Zake's training was all about endurance, toughening him up to survive in tough fights. Daniel, on the other hand, was trained in all areas, improving every part of his fighting ability.

As for the quest, Lin had already convinced all three of them to join him.

Flashback

---

Lin had gathered Zake, Vasko, and Daniel in a quiet spot in the junkyard after one of their tough training sessions. The air was still, with only the occasional creak of metal breaking the silence.

"Alright, listen up," Lin began, looking at each of them. "I didn't bring you here just to make you stronger for no reason. I want us to form a crew, something like what you had, Vasko, but bigger and stronger."

Daniel didn't hesitate. "I'm in," he said, nodding. He trusted Lin a lot more now after the training they'd done together.

Zake crossed his arms, looking doubtful. "And why should I join your crew, Lin? I've got my own path."

Lin smirked. "Because, Zake, you're not strong enough yet to help Johan. You know it, and I know it. If you really want to protect him, you'll need more strength. With me, you'll get that strength."

Zake's expression softened, the mention of Johan clearly affecting him. After a moment, he sighed and nodded. "Fine. But this is only temporary. I'm doing this for Johan."

Lin nodded, pleased with Zake's response. Then he turned to Vasko, who had been listening quietly. "And you, Vasko. You want to take down the bad guys, right? You're strong, but you won't get far alone. Join me, and you'll have the power and the numbers to make a real difference."

Vasko narrowed his eyes, thinking it over. "I don't need anyone else to take down scum."

"Maybe not," Lin replied calmly. "But together, we could take down more of them, faster. And what if you run into someone stronger than you? Someone like me?" Lin's eyes had a challenging look.

Vasko clenched his fists, struggling with the decision. Finally, he let out a long breath. "Alright, I'll join. But this better not be a waste of my time."

Lin grinned. "You won't regret it. We're going to change things around here, starting now."

End of Flashback

---

The memory made Lin smile as he walked through the school halls. His plan was moving forward, and soon, everyone would see the results.

"Isol," Lin thought, "get ready. Things are about to get interesting."

Isol responded with a soft hum, clearly interested in what Lin had planned. The crew was coming together, and with it, Lin's influence would only grow.

One week later...

Another week had passed, and many things had changed. Daniel's mom visited, and Lin, now truly considering Daniel his first friend, decided to help him out. Lin gave Daniel enough money to allow his mom to retire and buy a modest house. Daniel also moved into the same building as Lin, which Lin owned. Meanwhile, another executive had joined their crew—Jiho.

Flashback to five Days Ago

---

Lin and his 'students' were walking back home after their daily training session. As they passed through an alley, they noticed Zake's old lackeys picking on someone. Lin quickly recognized the victim—it was Jiho.

Without hesitation, Lin rushed forward and delivered a powerful flying kick to one of the bullies, knocking him out cold. The other two were taken aback, but before they could react, Lin had already grabbed one by the collar, slamming him against the wall. The last lackey, clearly terrified, stumbled backward.

Zake, Vasko, and Daniel caught up just in time to see Lin handling the situation with ease. "You guys really need to find something better to do," Lin said with a cold glare.

"We... we were just messing around," stammered one of the remaining lackeys.

"Messing around?" Lin tightened his grip. "Leave Jiho alone. Better yet, don't let me catch you bullying anyone again."

The bullies nodded frantically before scrambling away.

Jiho, who had been watching silently, approached them cautiously. "Thanks... I didn't think anyone would help."

Lin turned to Jiho, his expression softening. "You don't have to take that kind of treatment. You can be stronger."

Jiho hesitated. "I'm not strong like you guys..."

"Strength isn't just about fighting," Lin said. "It's about standing up for yourself."

Lin added, "If you want to get stronger, come to the our place. We train there."

Daniel smiled, nodding in agreement. "Yeah, you can join us."

Vasko chipped in, "Everyone has to start somewhere."

Lin then gave Jiho the address of the junkyard. "Come if you're serious about getting stronger. We'll train you."

Jiho looked at Lin, then the others, and nodded with newfound determination. "I'll be there."

End of Flashback

---

Now, two days later, Jiho had shown up at the junkyard as promised. He was sweating profusely, struggling to keep up with the intense training that Lin had put them all through.

Lin was training alongside them, pushing everyone to their limits. With a heavy stone tied to Jiho's back, he was struggling to do pushups while Lin watched closely.

"Come on, Jiho," Lin said, his voice firm but encouraging. "Give me three more pushups."

Jiho, exhausted but determined, gritted his teeth and pushed through the pain. He managed to complete the three additional pushups, collapsing on the ground afterward, breathing heavily.

Lin smiled slightly, lighting a cigarette. "Good job, Jiho. But remember, it's only going to get harder from here."
