He passed through the enormous trees in this strange forest. They are huge, extremely huge for the trees he always see on his normal way. The twinkling sun lights flickered through the dense leaves at the peak of the branches. They shone brightly, but not enough to shone the dark places in this place. The wind flew pass him, whispering, brushing through his hair, as the leaves rustled with the birds's twitters. He didn't bother to gave it a single glance. He didn't know why didn't he enjoy how fresh and naturally this place was. He didn't know why he had to look up and keep going straight. He didn't want to. Really didn't.
He didn't want to because he was afraid to see the sight in front of him right there. But he had to.---
A man was hung upside down, looking into the blank space. He passed through him. Noticed carefully, his nape was bleeding out uncontrollably of blood. An ache raised inside him.
A man lying on the grass, blending it's bright green with his crimson red color from two half of his body. His eyes faced the bright lights from the sun. Unprefect timing. It only lighten up the man's face and showed him who he was. And stabbing another sharp blade into his flesh.
A man collapsed near by, with his weapons was thrown into pieces. The man, his eyes half shut abd his mouth still opening, showing how unexpected that dead was and how he was afraid of it. Just like the person's weapon, his heart began to crash into pieces.
---
A familiar figure kneeling and leaning on the bloody trunk which was mixed between the wood and her fresh crimson liquid. She was opening her mouth, leaving a small space between her lips. Her eyes stared blankly into the sky, where the gloomy blue and bright amber color blended together.
Why did that moment he shed tears for her? Why did he had to be so traumatic, so hurted, like a sharp, shiny knife stabbing countless times into his heart? He didn't even known her. Or seen before. But in this place, he did.
And when he recognized where this place was, what was it, and how all those lost happened...---
Levi jolted awake.
He looked into the space of nothingness, breathing heavily. He touched his forehead with his shaking palm, a feel of wet and cold of his sweat streamed down his fingertips. He looked around and saw a madness mess of his white blanket and bed featuring some pillows on top of that mess. Levi finally relieved after a few minutes of staring at the mess he accidentally made last night while dreaming, or by better word to say , having a nightmare.
He exhaled. "How long will this thing gonna haunt me?" He asked himself as he made his way down the bed.
