Your eyes shifted all over, staring, observing the hospital waiting room as you sat in your brother's lap, you were just 7, and your mom was dying from a heart attack.

you heard the doctors mumbling and then they looked at you and your brother "How many kids does she have?" a ginger doctor with his hair slicked back asked "Just two... *Reader* and Yordan Gomez..." A nurse with her brown wavy hair in a braid responded. That nurse made you feel comfortable when you arrived she gave you and your brother some candy from her bag, she had a puerto rican accent, it reminded you of your mama, she told you stories and comforted you and Yordan as you waited.

(I spelt Yordan right, if u say otherwise ur not the vibe😔😔)

Apon hearing your name you looked up and saw the doctor "Hi you two.. uhm.. how do i put this..  your mom passed away.. i'm so sorry" with that you cried and cried. a boy about your age passing by with afro hair saw this and ran up to you "What's wrong!?" he looked all around you. Turns out his name was Miles the son of the nice nurse you liked. He sat with you and played with the toys in the waiting room as you waited for your dad, completely forgetting why he was in the hospital, which was to give his momma her lunch.

When your dad arrived he rushed towards you and your brother immediately hugging you both.

Till this day you look for that boy, what was his name? Milo? hm..

You woke up sweating.. nightmare.. "Aye mami..." you sighed and got up out of bed. "OYE NENA LEVANTATE" You heard Yordan yell "SHUT UP YORDAN" you immediately yelled back. You then put on your uniform and sighed "New year new me? Nah, shit ain't gonna happen" you groaned and walked out of your room your suitcase in hand "Give me two crab cakes 1 lobster and 4 breadsticks" "How about two leftover empanadas" "Sure, whatever"

You stood infront of your new school Visions Academy. "the only "visions" I see is me dying of boredom" You walked in and were greeted by this chick who thought your name was Alana... like what? "First class... PHYSICS, THESE PEOPLE WANNA KILL ME"

You've arrived you whispered in a Siri like voice as you sat down putting you head down "Mrs. L/N wake up, Mr. Morales wake her up please" the teacher said as you felt yourself being shook "I was awake" you rolled your eyes and crossed your arms

"Chill girl, ian trying to get in trouble" the boy said "Okay then" you sat back in you chair doodling on your paper.

After class the boy came up to you and introduced himself "Miles, Miles Morales. You?" "Y/N, Y/N L/N" you looked him up and down
