Summary~ You fight and defeat the final boss dude, suffering from a shoulder injuring. You have your injuries treated before you leave for Tenshukaku.

My shoulder still stings as we approach Tenshukaku. My breath hitches at every stride, as I clutch my swords tightly. We are still desperately chasing after Kujou Sara, while the nerves continue to eat away at my already degraded intestines. Come on adrenaline kick in. I need that sense of confidence.

Fighting La Signora will be much different from my previous fights. I look toward Aether, hoping to steal some of that certainty in his eyes. It only reassures me until will open the doors of Tenshukaku.

The second the doors slivers open a wave of force hit me. I was shocked when I still stood in the same place a few moments later. That wave was not a physical one, it was the aura of the Shogun. The same aura that knocked out the guards as we approached the building.

It was suffocating. I only noticed I wasn't breathing until my lungs started burning. I force a breath and follow Aether inside. Each of my breaths were short and shallow as we continued into the dreary building.

The force only thickens as we approach the Shogun and La Signora. Just as we start ascending up the steps to speak with the Shogun, La Singora speaks up, "The way people charge in here as they please, so uncivilized..."

I glare at her intensely as she continues, "If I didn't know this was Tenshukaku, I might have mistaken it for some kind of street market. Have you learned your lesson know?"

Kujou Sara is lying on the ground unconscious behind her, however I refuse to take my eyes off of the harbinger.

The Shogun begins to speak to La Signora, however I choose to focus on regaining my breath. Being in the presence of the Shogun is still suffocating due to the aura. Going into a fight not being able to breath is a horrible idea.

I begin to fill my lungs with air, to correct my breathing pattern. I'm only drawn back into the conversation when Aether declares, "We challenge you to a duel before the throne!"

WE??? Well, there is no getting out of this now.

"Proceed," The Shogun agrees.

La Signora clearly shocked by the proposal, but doubtful on our ability's comments, "My, you're full of surprises today... So, you've learned to make the law of the land work for you too, hmm? I'll admit that I never expected to be in a situation where the two of us were on equal footing."

I feel totally ignored. Clearly, she doesn't think much of me, gonna have to change that.

Aether interrupts, "Three."

He gets the most intense side eye imaginable from Paimon. As she knows he is not talking about her, but considering she doesn't help in fights what does she expect.

Aether corrects, "Four."

La Signora scoffs, "You are aware... that the losers must die? Are you sure this is what you want?"

Paimon quietly gasps before defectively saying, "Paimon might sit this fight out. Wait... Aether..."

Paimon looks towards him, but his face is unchanging. He is full of assurance, and I am too.

La Signora begins to laugh as she motions to both of us, "Then I will deign to share this last dance with the both of you... till death do us part."

We step out onto the floor and wait for La Signora to approach.
