CAMERON RAN FAST THROUGH the streets of Westview. She ran until she reached the centre of the city. As she did she noticed as the people there slowly walked past her, always acting like nothing was happening. She was making them act like this.
She sighed deeply as she looked at them. She could feel the guilt inside her as she looked at them, no, as she felt how emotionless she had made them. She just wanted everyone to be happy, she never meant to hurt anyone.
Slowly she brought up her hands and with a flick of her wrists slowly purple, no, iris ramifications began to wrap around them. She watched as their eyes turned briefly of an iris colour and as the ramifications disappeared from their bodies they let out a loud gasp.
They began to frighteningly look around before their eyes landed on Cameron. She clenched her jaw as she tried to keep her tears from falling while she watched the hatred in their eyes.
"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. But I promise you I will fix everything. I will", Cameron told them as she could feel a few tears fall down her cheeks.
Then with one last sigh she brought her hands at her sides and focused her powers on the energy field she had created around the city. Slowly iris ramifications began to form on the ground until with a fast pace they reached the energy field. Cameron let out a burst of power and slowly but surely the energy field began to open.
"Go!", she shouted at the people that were still around her.
They didn't waste time to do as she said as they all began running away as they tried to reach the perimeter of the city.
