The alarm clock rang loudly after being turned off five times before, Gyo had no intention of waking up at 10am, but today was already the third day of her five-day holiday, if she didn't clean the house to a decent level, the next cleaning would probably be a few months away. Gyo's office wasn't too bad, since someone had cleaned it more often than she had, it had only gotten messy after finishing the last drawing before the holiday. But today Gyoza wanted to do a thorough cleaning, the entire bookshelf she had piled up was full of documents and books, including books from her college days. While taking the books down, a photo fell out, Gyoza was quite surprised and wondered why it was there???

This was a photo taken when she and Manaow were still lovers. That was one of the most beautiful times of her life, after the end of her term as president, the two of them decided not to hide their relationship. They would do many things together without fear of being judged, from driving each other to school, eating together at the restaurant Gyo liked, holding hands to junior events, to her going to cheer for Naow's basketball game as her lover,...

But time would continue to pass, many years had passed since those brilliant student days ended, now Gyo had grown up, facing new difficulties in life. She now had her own small family, a 4-year-old daughter named Praewa with the person she loved. That person also loved her deeply, was her support whenever she felt tired with work, or simply sat and listened to her tell her endless stories at the company. Will encourage Gyo when she takes on new projects, will tolerate her when she does silly things like she gets excited to cook for the family and forgets to turn off the stove when answering a customer's phone call. Sometimes will take her to the beach, go for a walk and watch the sunset together. Even though sometimes she will still be angry or argue with that person, because of her overly kind personality and her sunny smile easily makes others love. Suddenly, the sound of the door opening interrupted Gyoza's train of thought.

"Mommy" A small object ran into the room, hugged her legs and looked at her with sparkling eyes and a smile that reached from ear to ear. Gyoza wonder who the girl looks like that she smiles like that. She kept the picture neatly in the book, perhaps she would share it with her wife tonight. It had been a long time since they had talked about old stories together. Gyo bent down to pick up the baby, then gave her a big kiss on the cheek that made her smile widely.

"Where's your Mom?". Gyo knew that this morning the two of them went to the supermarket.

"Yes, Mom is putting things away in the kitchen, she said she would cook the dish you like". With that, the little girl pointed at the person who had just entered the room.

"Mommy, you've made a mess of the room again!" Only then did Gyo look around again, it seemed "a little messier" than when she had entered the room with the intention of cleaning them up, she remembered that she had only taken the books down to wipe the shelves.

"I was going to clean them up but you came back before I could finish, that's why they're like this. Help me put them back on the shelves, I'll help you look after Praewa". After saying that, she kissed the person's cheek and gave a mischievous smile before holding her child's hand and walking out of the room.

"But I have to cook in time for lunch". She heard the person's voice.

"It's okay, Naow, I'll help you prepare the food".

"Oh, no, don't touch it, I'll be right out".  Naow's voice rang out with helplessness because she was too familiar with her wife's personality.

Gyo giggled at her daughter while looking for the items she had told Naow to buy when she went to the supermarket.

She feels happy and satisfied with her current life, because the person next to her is still Naow, the person with whom she builds the future.

This is the short story that came to mind when i saw this picture of them. It's really short, but it satisfies my love for them, even though my writing is still not good.🥹🥹
