It was a quiet day in a blonde Celestial Mage's apartment, she was writing her second part for her novel in her usual spot. When suddenly a pink-haired dragon slayer came rushing in, startling her.
"Luuuuuuuuuuuucy~!", Natsu whined, sitting on her bed.
"What do you want? Can't you see I'm busy here.", Lucy blurted out, not minding he's on her bed.
"I hurt my finger, see?", he said, pouting at her while showing his index finger to her.
"What am I gonna do about it? Kiss it better?". She can't focus on her novel when there's an idiot pouting and whining in front of her, or should we say beside her. 'Can't he just don't bother me for a day?' she thought.
There was a sudden awkward silence, and it was the moment Lucy knew what she was going to write. And there was a perfect timing for Natsu to blurt out.
"Your kisses can do that?!", he shouted, standing on her bed with his sandals dirtying it.
Startled, Lucy forgot what she was going to write and then a tick mark appeared on her head.
"It's just myth that kissing wounds can heal it faster. My mothe-." She stopped, realizing Natsu doesn't have a mother so he doesn't know about it.
"Here!", he grinned, shoving his finger in front of her face. "Kiss it better!". Natsu's shouting only snapped Lucy out of her thoughts. "What?"
Slowly, she leaned forward, blushing hard, as her lips lightly touched his wounded finger and quickly pulled away.
"There! I kissed it!", she looked away, going back to writing her novel. But, it feels like he wasn't satisfied about what she did. Sitting down in another awkward silence. Natsu, thinking about something while looking at his index finger and Lucy, trying to remember what she was about to right.
Suddenly, Natsu stood up and went straight to her kitchen. A loud crashing sound can be heard, he came back again and stood behind Lucy.
"Luce?". She looked behind her, gasping at what she saw. She saw blood dripping to his chin, coming from his lips.
He grinned, "I hurt my mouth, kiss it better?", pointing at his lips. 'Maybe kissing him doesn't look bad.' She thought. She smiled at him and said, "All right, injured idiot. Let's sit on the bed." He gave her his signature grin and dove in to her bed with a giggling Lucy following him.
Maybe, Lucy wasn't gonna finish her novel for now. She was too occupied with other things.
( Meanwhile, Happy was snickering in her window, preventing to be seen by the two lovebirds. He flew away, making his way to the guild. 'I'm gonna tell this Mira, she'll definitely faint when she hears this' he thought. )
THE END
