Eve:
You stole me from my bed,
Whispers in the night,
Thought it was a dream,
But now it's my life.
Eve:
Please let me go,
I can't breathe in this cage,
But your eyes hold a promise,
And I can't turn the page.
Alex:
I see the fear, but the fire too,
You're mine forever, it's just me and you.
We dance in shadows, lost in our game,
I'll show you a love, that will never change.
Alex:
I won't let you go,
This bond is our fate,
In a world that's so twisted,
You're my love, my escape.
Eve:
Remember the nights, we laughed under stars?
Captured moments, while hiding from scars.
I'd close my eyes, and hope you would see,
But deep down inside, I'm still longing to be free.
Both:
Please let me go,
Can't fight this despair,
But you say you will love me,
Always standing there.
Eve:
Oh, I felt the warmth, when you held my hand,
But now it's a prison, not the dream we planned.
You say we can thrive, in this twisted embrace,
But I'm losing myself, in this dark, lonely space.
Alex:
Don't you see, my love? We're breaking the mold,
In a world that don't understand, our story unfolds.
We're flawed but we're real, can't you hear my heart?
In this chaos, we'll find where we start.
Both:
Please let me go,
But I can't break away,
In this tangled love,
We're forever to stay.
Eve:
I'm heartbroken yet hopeful, wrapped up in your hold,
But can't you see it's toxic? This love is so cold.
I want to believe in us, but I'm scared of the night,
Will we end up forever, or just lose this fight?
Both:
Please let me go,
But I'll always love you,
In our twisted romance,
What will we break through?
Both:
Please let me go,
But I won't let you go,
In this web of desire,
We're caught in the flow.
Oh, love and longing,
Can't fight what we've sown,
In this toxic forever,
I'm never alone.
