-Chapter 1: The Beginning-

Once upon a time, there were three sisters who had just started out their new lives. The oldest of the three was Layla, the middle child was Maya, and the youngest was Sophia. They were walking around trying to find a place to stay for a while until they could find a new home. All they could find though was a dumpster in an alleyway which was fine for them. The dumpster was new, from the looks of it, but of course it still had trash in it.

(Later that day)

"Layla! I'm bored!" Layla looked up at Maya who was sitting on top of the dumpster. "Well what do you want me to do about that Maya?" Layla asked sounding annoyed and bored herself.

"Well, I have a treasure map! So~ want to go hunt for some treasure?" Maya said waiting for her sister to respond excitedly. "...Wait...Where did you get that treasure map from?! And why are you just now telling me about it?!" Layla asked looking mad but also a bit curious about where this map came from.

"I found this map in the dumpster with a pile of other useless papers and files." Maya responded casually like it was just another Tuesday afternoon. "...What in Sam hell? Why are you digging around in the dumpster! I'm surprised you weren't jumped by rats!" Layla shouted as she lectured Maya.

"I was looking into the dumpster and saw that stuff on top! You really think I would go digging around in a trash can?! Ph~ You got me messed up! If anything you should just let Sophia go back to her people!"

Right as Maya said that it was like Sophia was summoned as she crawled out from under the dumpster. "What cha guys talking about?" Sophia asked as she stood up next to Layla and looked up at Maya.

"Were you not listening to are whole conversation?" Maya asked Sophia looking down at her with a very unimpressed face. Sophia give Maya a glare and retorted back, "You know I don't listen to people's conversations like you do." Maya just rolled her eyes and said, "I know, I know."

"So what were you guys talking about?" "Nothing you need to worry about. But right now we going to go hunt for some treasure!" Maya responded excitedly as she moving her feet side to side.

"Really?!" Sophia looked up at Layla to confirm." "Yep! We literally have nothing else better to do so why not."

"YAY! I'll go get my stuff!" Sophia then crawled back under the dumpster which confused Layla a bit to the point where she laid down on the ground to see under the dumpster.

"Why do you have all your stuff under here?" "Because I don't want my stuff to get wet from random rain." Layla didn't respond for a moment and looking at Sophia with her eyebrows raised.

"...That's smart...Alright lets get out of here." Layla got up, grabbed her bag, and she was ready to go. Maya followed suit as she grabbed her bag, hopped off the dumpster, and gave Layla the treasure map. Sophia ran out from under the dumpster and started to run down the road excitedly. "LETS GO!"

-1 Hour Later-

"Are we there yet?" Sophia asked for the 100th time in the span of 20 minutes. "For the LAST! TIME! SOPHIA! WE. ARE. NOT. THERE. YET!" Maya shouted getting annoyed from how many times kept asking that question.

"Actually we're here." Layla looked around the beach that they were on and spotted a small "x" made out of little stones. "Look! It's right there." She said excitedly while pointing in the direction of the "x"

"Finally we found the spot! Now all we have to do is dig it up." Maya said in relief; she was glad they didn't have to walk anymore and finally could take a rest. All three of the sisters then just look at each other until Layla and Maya looked right at Sophia.

"I'm not digging!" Sophia said not wanting to be thrown into doing the hard work. "Well I'm not digging either! I don't want to get my hair dirty." Maya said dramatically and she flipped her hair back.

"-Sigh- Fine I'll do it but you got to find me a stick." Layla said which Maya found on in a minute or two that was conveniently shaped like a shovel.

-1 Hour Later-

As Layla was digging Maya and Sophia were just sitting there watching, listening, and talking. "Layla, your taking forever! Hurry up!" Maya complained as she look at her nails.

"Hey! It's not my fault you guys are not helping me-! -BANG- -GASP- I found something!" Layla shouted excitedly as she threw a little chest out of the hole and climbed out.

The girls circled around the chest and looked at each other before Layla slowly brought her hand to the chest.

"Come on girl! Open it!" Layla took a deep breath and opened the chest.

"WOW!"🤩 They all said in unison.
