AUTHORS POV
Vee was humming to herself while fixing the chord to her microphone. When she heard a knock on her door.
She got up, peeped through the hole to see a..flower? Specifically a rainbow one. It was dandy. She opened the door slightly. Dandy had his arms behind his back.
Vee was confused, she didn't hesitate to open it though.
"Hey dandy."
"Hi vee!"
She noticed how dandys face had soft light green cheeks(blush) but she didn't point it out.
It was silent for a couple of seconds till dandy finally spoke.
"Sorry to bother to you this late this hour!.. but can we talk please?.."
Vee tilted her head, and nodded softly, widening the door more, enough to let dandy in. She then shut the door. Dandy went to sit on the couch, kicking his feet up and down lightly. Vee then sat beside him, with her legs crossed.
"What did you wanna talk to me about?"

I felt like my cheeks were getting more hotter and hotter. My heart kept beating, I then sighed and looked up to her.
"There was something.. I've been needing to confess to you...and it's kinda serious.."
Vee then raised her brows, her feet still tapping.
"Go on?.."
I breathed in and finally confesses (slow ass)
"I like you vee. Not as a friend.. as a romantic way.."
I could tell vees face was shocked.. maybe a hint of disgust?. she then shooked her head and turned away from me.

VEES POV
My eyes widen at dandys confession. I didn't know how to tell him I don't feel the same way.
"Dandy.. I'm sorry.."
Dandys eyes soon started to tear up. I couldn't stand myself rejecting him.
"Wha..why?!" He said, lost at words. He was so stunned.
"I'm not..really interested in people.. I can't experience feelings." I said looking away.(yes we love our aromantic queen)
"I-I can help you! I can-"
"Stop dandy."
I quickly interrupted him by putting my hand up to him to stop.
"It can't work out. There's a bunch of reasons why. What would others think? How can we show eachother love attraction? It just can't."
Dandy then looked down. And stood up, tears slowly coming down from his eyes.
"You're right.. I'll leave you alone now.."
He then went ahead to leave the room, he took one more look at me before shutting the door.
I then sat on my couch. Sighing with a relief.
"I'm sorry dandy.."
