After the battle with the exorcists, Lucifer was invited by Charlie to come live at the hotel, which he gladly accepted, wanting to get closer with his daughter and the hotel residents, except, ugh, Alastor. That smiling freak was so annoying. He had the audacity to call Lucifer a bad father to Charlie when he didn't know shit about what happened to him and Charlie. However, what matters now most to Lucifer is his daughter's happiness, and he is willing to give Alastor another chance if it makes her happy.

Lucifer: "Okay, I'm almost packed, and once I am, I'll call Charlie and tell her I'm on my way."

Lucifer says to himself as he packs all his clothes, folding them neatly before placing them in his suitcase. He suddenly looks up at the picture of him, Lillith, and little Charlie. He frowns on seeing it both in happiness and sadness. He looks down at his ring, wondering where Lillith could be. He gently kisses it before going back to packing.

After he packed up, he took his phone and called Charlie. She picked up.

Charlie: "Hi dad! Are you on your way?"

Lucifer: "Hey, Char-Char! Yeah, I'll be there in an hour."

Charlie: "Okay, we'll be waiting for you here. Stay safe!"

Charlie hangs up, and he starts walking out of his palace. He walks through the streets, passing all the corpses and battles. Some people don't notice him, and others..well...did.

He could hear some whispers coming from the sinners as he walked by them. He kept calm and minded his own business until his sharp eyes caught one taking a shot at his head. His quick reflexes caught the bullet mid-air and crushed it.

He then turned to look straight at the shooter with other sinners watching to see what he would do. He then dropped the bullet onto the ground, groaning annoyed. He just wanted to have a peaceful walk to his new home, but that was stupid. He then decided to fly. He spread his wings, taking off. He would have killed the Sinner, but he promised that he'd support his daughter's dream, and that means no violence.

He flies towards the hotel, hoping it will be a peaceful flight.

The hotel residents were tidying up the hotel for Lucifer's return. Angel was helping Charlie hang up a banner that says Welcome Daddy while Vaggie was commanding everyone in her military voice.

Alastor walks down the stairs, looking around at the decorations curiously. He walks over to Charlie to ask who is coming. However, when he saw the banner, he already knew who it was, and his smile tightened in annoyance. He walked to Charlie.

Alastor: "Charlie dear, might I have a word...alone?"

He says, annoyed.

Charlie: "Oh, sure, Al!"

Charlie says brightly before bringing him to a room where they can talk privately.

Charlie: "What's up, Al?"

Charlie asks curiously.

Alastor: "Why is your father coming again?"

Alastor asks, his voice laced with annoyance.

Charlie: "Oh, right. I forgot to tell you my dad's moving in."

She says innocently.Alastor's eye twiches in anger.

Alastor: "And why is he going to be living here?" He asks again.

Charlie: "Well, I asked him if he wanted to, and he said yes. Considering there's no one else in the palace, it makes sense."

Charlie says, and she notices Alastor's annoyance. She sighs.

Charlie: "Look, Al, he's my dad. I know you two don't get along well, but he's agreed to make emends with you. Maybe you two could become friends."

She says with a polite smile.

Alastor thinks for a moment, then suddenly gets a plan.

Alastor: (Hmmm, I could probably try to get close to him, so close, he will lend me his soul. Oh, I can only imagine what it would be like to have the devil himself as my pet. This could actually work.)

He thinks, then looks back at Charlie.

Alastor: "Very well, I'll try to get along with his majesty."

He says calmly as Charlie beams with joy and hugs him.

Charlie: "Thanks, Alastor. I already know you two will be excellent friends."

She says happily before letting him go and going back to decorating.Alastor hums after she's out of sight.

Alastor: "Yes, the best of  friends~,"

He says to himself outloud, before teleporting to who knows where.
