Eleanora's walking down the hall, flipping through a chart when she sees Alex, Meredith, and Cristina surrounding a man who looks a little familiar. Eleanora tilts her head and approaches, squinting her eyes. As she gets closer, she hears Cristina talking.

"Evil Spawn has a brother?"

Eleanora's eyes widen, a smile falling on her lips. "Alex's brother is here?" The man perked up and smiled identical to Alex's. "Oh my god, hello! I'm Eleanora Amedeo!"

Meredith huffed and nodded. "Uh, this is Aaron. Aaron, that's Cristina Yang, and you already know Ella."

Aaron stands up to shake hands with both women, a charming smile on his face. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Dr. Yang and Dr. Amedeo. I'm Aaron Karev."

Eleanora's smile grows, looking at him with bright eyes. "You are so polite!"

Cristina nods, her voice monotonous and her face shocked. "Oh my God. You're so kind. He's so loving-" Cristina turns to Alex, raising an eyebrow. "Why can't you be kind like your brother... Angel Spawn?"

"Why can't you?" Alex snaps, Eleanora, hitting his shoulder. He pouts a little and sits up, Aaron notices with a small nod.

"Fair enough," Cristina responds, turning to Meredith. "Uh, Mer, what's wrong? You called?"

"Ten times!" Meredith exclaimed, grabbing Eleanora's hand to pull her along with Cristina, leaving the two siblings alone. "I called you too, Ella! Why doesn't anyone answer when I call, huh?"

"Oh, well, Owen is still in his dark place, and he still doesn't talk, so I turned off my phone in case he said something, which he didn't. I hate men, they're stupid."

Meredith looks at Eleanora, waiting for her excuse. Her face turned red and she shifted a little, holding the chart tightly to her chest. "I was... busy. Having... you know."

The two women looked at her blankly, Eleanora snorting. "Mark and I were having sex all morning, okay? Leave me alone."

Meredith rolls her eyes and Cristina grimaces, shaking her head. "You two have been doing that a lot lately. Seriously, we even hear you in our apartment sometime-"

"Enough!" Eleanora screeched, hitting her friend. "It's completely normal for couples to have sex as often as we do, especially happy ones. Now leave me alone!"

Meredith sighed, looking at the two of them. "Derek asked me to have a baby with him this morning."

Eleanora's eyes widened and Cristina snorted. "Like I said, men are stupid. Really stupid."

"Oh my gosh, they would be so cute." Eleanora gushed, thinking about it. "Oh, I hope they have his hair!"

Cristina's pager beeps and she looked at it. "Oh, great! E.R., with Owen and his dark place." Turning on her heel and heading to the ER, Eleanora focuses on Meredith for a moment before glancing at her watch.

"I have to go help a patient through pre-op, but if you need me, just give me a call. Oh, Meredith, you and Derek would have the cutest babies in the world! I mean, besides mine and Mark's, but still."

Meredith shoved her playfully, Eleanora laughing as she ran. "My babies would be cuter, don't even try that!"

Eleanora looked up as her name was called and found a panicked April Kepner running towards her. Derek had brought her back after becoming Chief, and she had been working under his protection, so the two women had gotten a little closer.
