Unexpected messenger

Timeline: a day or two before The Voided One attacked.

POV: Balance Steve 3rd person

Balance was in his house quietly reading a book minding his own business. He had flipped a page in the middle of the best part of the book when he heard yelling outside. He sighed, a little bummed out that he couldn't keep reading. He got up off his bed with Bally getting out of her cute doggy bed right after. "Come on Bally let's go see what all that ruckus is for." Balance said as he gave her a pat on the head.

Bally gave him a small bark and followed him down one set of stairs to the second floor. Balance walked to one of his many bookshelves and put back the book he was reading. "What book were you reading?" asked Bally. Balance looked down at her smiling before he responded with "I was just reading about different Steve energies and how they work." Bally only tilted her head confused, making a "Huh?" sound. Balance just shook his head as he pet her, her tail wagging happily behind her.

The duo walked down the rest of the stairs and out the double doors, Balance holding the doors open for her. Bally's ears were immediately met with loud yelling once they were both outside. "Who the heck is this guy!?" "I don't know, but I think they're trying to talk to us!" "You all are annoying!" That voice definitely belongs to UnderBalance "What is he saying!?" "I don't know, I can't understand him!!". Everyone was talking all at once. Balance couldn't tell who was saying what, well except Under.

The yelling was too much for Bally's little wolf ears, so she ran off into her doghouse. Balance was getting a bit irritated from all the yelling and Bally getting upset. "Enough! Everyone quiet!" Balance's voice boomed, making everyone go silent. "Now that everyone has stopped yelling, will someone tell me what is going on?" Balance said putting his right arm on his hip, something he only did after him (Light Steve) and Unknown Alex merged.

Everyone looked to Equality for help. Equality gave them all a sigh before giving their appointed leader an answer. "Everyone is freaking out about this Steve that appeared in our village." Equality said as he motioned with his head where this new Steve was in the crowd of balancers. Everyone moved out of Balance's way making a path right to the Steve. The Steve looked like an Ore Steve but wasn't any Ore they met before. This Steve was a shiny purple color, they wore a cloak that looked like it was made out of a purple silk. Over their eyes was a dark purple visor, it was so dark that no one could see their eyes under it.

"Hello, who are you?" Balance asked the Steve. The purple-colored Steve bowed his head at Balance confusing everyone as to why. "This Steve must have great manners and respects others." Balance thought to himself not questioning why the Steve bowed their head at him. Balance walked over to the strange new Steve to introduce himself. "My name is Balance. Who are you?" He asked again. ॥𝙹⚍リ˧ ⅱ∷¦リᔮᒷ⎵ ¦ᒣ ¦ᓭ ᖋ ⅱꖎᒷᖋᓭᒷ∷ ᒣ𝙹 ᒲᒷᒷᒣ ॥𝙹⚍" the Steve said as he gave him another bow. What he said caught Balance off guard, he was pretty sure that Sabre isn't a king. Now Balance was even more confused as to why this guy is here.

"¦ ᖋᒲ ⅱ⚍∷ⅱꖎᒷ ᔮ∷॥ᓭᒣᖋꖎ ᓭᒣᒷ⍊ᒷ" he said finally giving them something to call him other than that strange Steve. "Wait... a what Steve?" Balance thought as he didn't think he learned what type of Steve that was before. "So, you aren't a chromatic, or an Ore, or any type of Steve I've heard about before?" Balance asked him to make sure he understood what he was saying. The Steve then said "∴₸ᒷリ ᒣ₸ᒷ ᒣ¦ᒲᒷ ᔮ𝙹ᒲᒷᓭ ॥𝙹⚍ ∴¦ꖎꖎ ꖎᒷᖋ∷リ ᒲ⚍ᔮ₸ 𝙹⎓ ᒣ₸ᒷ ⅱᖋᓭᒣᓭ ᓭᒷᔮ∷ᒷᒣᓭ"

All of the other balancers looked at Balance in utter shock and confusion detracting him from what the new Steve just said. "You can understand him!?" "Wha- how!?" "There's no way! Right?" "Balance knows what this guy is saying!?" came the questions all at once. "Balance what did he say?" Unbalance asked Balance. "Can no one understand this guy? If so, how can I understand them then?" Balance thought to himself confused. "He just told me his name." Balance said avoiding the first thing he said to him, No one seemed to question it.

They all looked back at where the Steve was to continue talking but saw that said Steve was gone. "What the heck?" "Where did he just go!" "How!? They were right there!?" "He was right in front of me!" "How did none of us see him leave!?" came the string of concerned comments of the balancers. Balance had to calm them all down as to not have them panic, that would be a disaster.

As he finished calming the others down, he had thought to himself "Just who is that guy and what can he do?" He then shook his head to clear his thoughts but one still made itself to the front of his mind. "What did he mean by what he said? Why did he call me a prince?"
