It was a much more relaxing experience flying to Miami with Lando to help her with Isla. She'd sat and watched with a fond smile on her face as the two of them ran around the terminal, Isla giggling every time Lando almost caught up with her.
The week they'd spent together in Monaco had been absolute bliss, and Isla was over the moon to finally have her father's undivided attention for a few days.
They'd been on trips to the park and the beach, been out for dinner and even hired a boat and spent a day out on the water.
Hannah had enjoyed the relaxation that had come from not being solely responsible for their daughter 24/7. It was also just having Lando around, it had always brightened her spirits, from the point where they'd first met all those years ago. He'd always made her feel better just by being there.
Things might be a bit different now, and a lot more complicated, but she still got that same feeling in her stomach everytime he smiled at her.
"Are you sure you should be doing that?" She asked, Lando carrying Isla under his arm as he walked back over to her. "Your ribs!"
"It's fine. They barely even hurt anymore." He reassured her. "They cleared me to drive, so I'm sure I can handle this."
"When are your parents flying in?" She asked as he sat down next to her.
"They land an hour before us." He told her. "I thought maybe if they aren't too tired we leave them with this little monster...." Isla giggled as he tipped her upside down, dangling her off his lap. "And we go out for dinner, just the two of us?"
"Sounds like a great idea to me." Hannah grinned. "Before my parents join us and the race week craziness begins."
"Exactly." Lando smiled, leaning into kiss her.
Hannah was quietly celebrating when they boarded the plane and Isla had been absolutely insistent she wanted to sit with Lando. She couldn't remember the last time she'd flown without having to try and keep her daughter quiet and entertained. It felt luxurious being able to stretch out in the first class seat and enjoy her meal in peace.
Lando on the other hand, was getting a taste of what Hannah usually had to endure, when two hours into the flight Isla had decided she was bored and started trying to escape from him. She couldn't help but laugh as Isla shot up the aisle on the way back from the toilet, Lando in hot pursuit, apologising to people as he rushed after her.
She'd made it half way back into the economy section of the plane, which had left Lando with a whole other problem, as a few fans also travelling to the race had clocked who it was chasing after the small child. Isla had then insisted he take photos and sign autographs for people as they walked back past, telling him not to be rude, much to everyone's amusement.
"You have the patience of a saint to do this on your own." Lando huffed as he finally wrestled Isla back in to his seat beside Hannah.
"Not as easy as it sounds, is it." She raised an eyebrow.

When they finally arrived into Miami Lando had ended up having to carry Isla the entire way through the airport. Seemingly she'd decided the second the plane touched the ground and she would finally be free to run around was the perfect time to go sleep.
They stepped out into the arrivals hall, the pair of them smiling and waving to a small group of fans who were staring at them, Lando keeping Isla tucked in against his shoulder as Hannah wheeled their suitcases. They both let out a sigh of relief when no one actually approached them.
