The Silent Prodigy of The Leaf

Last Day

Today is my last day in the Ninja Academy, and I genuinely wish I wasn't here, but what can I do? If I wanted to fight strong opponents, this was the only way. I got dressed and left right away. When I got there I was the first one in my class. Not even the teacher has arrived yet. So I did what any student would do skip class and left behind a wooden clone of myself while I went off to a forest deep in the outskirts of the village to explore a cave I recently found. It took me a while to leave without anyone noticing me leaving me. I had to conceal my chakra completely and teleported away using a teleportation mark that I had placed outside the cave. Is my version of space-time ninjutsu where I can place my chakra marks and teleport to where my marks are. I called it Chakra Vines Jutsu. Once I got there, I started walking into the cave.

From the outside, it looked like a normal cave, but inside, it was filled with skeletons all over and the smell of rotten corpses. I kept walking in deeper and deeper. I started sensing traces of chakra that were fuming with fear. I thought to myself, fear? What could a monster like this be fearful of? Suddenly, a roar nearly burst my ear drums. I grew two curse limbs from my back and pulled out all 4 of my swords Demon-Slayer, Demon-Dweller, Demon-Destroyer, and Demon-Consumer, and prepared my 4 swords style.

I got into my battle stance and prepared to kill on sight, but what I saw was not a monster. It was a small child who didn't look human. The eyes were dark red, blood all over the body, and laughing and roaring like a monster.
"ARE YOU HERE TO KILL ME TOO," the child screamed. I put back my swords and made my curse limbs disappear.

In a calm voice, "No, I am here to save you." I could sense the child was not a monster. Is it a child who is afraid of others and only trying to protect himself or herself? I couldn't tell with all the blood and chaos.

"WHY ARE YOU HERE TO SAVE ME," the child screamed louder. It grew more and more desperate. Desperate not to be hurt. Suddenly, swarms of bugs came charging at me. I countered with Fire Style: Raging Flame Torrent. A raging and rushing torrent of flames turned all the bugs into ashes.

"STOP STAY AWAY," the child cries and laughs, and roars all got louder in an instant. The child came rushing at me with a fistful of bugs and a red chakra cloak. At that moment, I tried to block the fist with my 4 swords style. The clash caused the whole cave to tremble. The child kept throwing relentless punches, and bugs kept swarming around me. I knew I was being overpowered, and at that moment, I used the power of my Demon swords to channel into the armory of Lucifer and took on the armor. The child suddenly stopped and launched large blasts of chakra bombs at me, but it did no damage.

I took a fighting stance as the bombs kept hitting me. 4 Swords Style: Hades Vengeance. All 4 of the swords suddenly were shrouded by the vengeful spirit of Hades. With one slash, the whole cave crumbled, and the child was defeated but not dead. Just passed out.

As I began to find my way out of the rubble carrying the body of the child. Of whom I now realize was that of a girl. A girl with green hair and dark skin, and when she opened her eyes, they were bright orange. Her very pretty bright orange eyes. I sat next to her as she lay far from the rubble, still catching her breath. Under a tree to find some shade.

As the evening skies arrived, she woke up confused and tired. When she woke up, she asked, "What happened to me, and who are you?"

"I don't know what happened to you, but all I could tell you from what I saw was that you were scared and trying to protect yourself, and my name is Lin Senju. You can just call me Lin," I said as I looked at the skies.

She said with a melancholic tone, "I see, so they were after me, and oh yeah, my name is Fu. Thanks for saving me, I guess."

I just gave her a nod and asked her where she was from. She told me she no longer had a home and she was kicked out from her village. I said nothing, and I asked her if she wanted food. She said yes, and I touched her head. I teleported the 2 of us back to my home. She asked me how I did it. I told her about Chakra Vines Jutsu and started preparing snacks for her. She asked me why I was helping her when she could have possibly killed her.

"I am not helping you, I am doing what I want, and that's protecting you from the guys coming to kill you," I replied as I got some snacks for myself too.

"I am sorry," she whispered.

"Why are you sorry?" I asked.

"I dragged you into this mess, I am sorry," she said.

I told her, "Is alright," with a gentle smile across my face.

She asked me if I lived alone, and I nodded. Right there and then, she knew not to ask any more questions about my living situation. Later, after we finished our snacks, I told her she could stay at my house due to it being the size of a mansion, but the whole house was filled to the brim with books. I also told her that her being here would be a secret because I could sense that she wanted it to remain a secret. She said nothing and just smiled at me. I showed her where her room was, and at that moment, she fell asleep peacefully. I sat in my workroom and just gazed at the walls. Wait crap!! I forgot to call back my clone, but I am sure it's fine, and nobody noticed it. I started going through my readings for the previous night and fell asleep as I read.
