...

*Music, screams, and laughter can be heard as loud noises and bright lights start to fade in slowly, filling the eyes and ears of our main character.*

"Ugh... Mhn?.."

Foxy slowly wakes up and looks around, his eyes struggling to adjust to the bright colored lights flashing into his eyes through openings in the curtains in front of him. After everything comes into focus, he looks around, taking in his dark surroundings.

"Wha-..."

Foxy takes notice of the purple curtains surrounding him. He notices a sliver of light peeking through the curtain area in front of him. Feeling tempted enough to look beyond the curtains, he reaches forward cautiously and hesitantly. He can't help but being a little anxious to find out what's on the other side of the curtains.

*Brrrrrr..*

He flinches back as the curtains slide open, a screeching metal sound ringing in his ears as the curtains draw back, revealing the abundance of children looking up at him with adoring eyes, their little faces filled with excitement, and slight fear since this was anyone's first time seeing such an advanced and life-like piece of technology.

"..."

Foxy stares down at them, his confused gaze flicking from one, to the next, and to the next, trying to make sense of what's going on. Hearing more loud cheering and shouting in the near distance, Foxy instinctively looks towards the noise at the more populated side of the large room. There, standing on the stage, was a brown bear, a blue-.. or... purple bunny, and a... duck? It looked and sounded like there was some sort of giant birthday party happening here, as well.

"W-What?.."

While taking in the appearances of the other animatronics, he notices their awareness of this odd situation as well, watching as they look around, confused and scared. Before Foxy can even reach his hand up to wave to them at an attempt to try to get their attention, he watches as their joints go stiff, and their faces forcefully contort into gleeful smiles as they turn from side to side in a stiff, robotic manner. The three characters occasionally waving at practically nothing since they weren't high enough tech to look directly at the children, and wave at them too.

"What the-..."

Foxy tries to lift his foot in order to escape the small stage he stood on, maybe to help the other unfamiliar faces, or just to try to escape escape, but he nearly fell forward as he felt a certain strange, restraining feeling in his foot. He looked down at his feet, still unsure of the problem. He tried to lift one of his feet again, but it stayed stuck to the ground. He tried the other foot, but he came to the same result.

"What be happening here?..."

He looked down to notice only a few children left in front of his stage, the rest seeming to have lost interest and left to watch the other mascot animals preform.

*Snap, Clink!*

A few loud metallic noises came from around and under him, but he couldn't find the source as he looked in every possible direction. He searched frantically for the source, afraid of whatever might be coming.

Suddenly, Foxy's legs snapped into position, and he looked down with immense shock. He tried to jerk his legs forward, desperate to be freed from the invisible force. His legs didn't budge, and his knees didn't bend. His torso locked into position next, then his shoulders, then his arms.

His eyes widened, making him look even more shocking and scared then before he started locking up, if that was even possible at this point, as he struggled to budge free. The only part of him that he could still move was his head and neck. He looked around still desperately trying to free himself.

Eventually, his neck snapped in place, followed by his head as a pirate theme started to play, grabbing the attention of a few children from other areas. Children ran over from tables covered in party hats, and from arcade machines that made electronic chiming noises.

Foxy couldn't move his eyes anymore, nor his mouth, but he could still see the blurred figures of the children running towards him - from the distance, out of the sides of his eyes - using his peripheral vision. Although he may have looked excited and full of adventure in the moment, especially under the bright lights of the stage, his mind was full of fear and utter confusion due to his unfortunate circumstances.
