Srinitha had reached the hospital for which she was assigned to do the statutory audit. She had been waiting down outside the room to meet the contact person mentioned in the engagement letter , " Dr.Santosh Chandrasekhar."

The receptionist did not enquire about the reason to meet the head . She had directed Srinitha, assuming she is the new doctor who had her interview scheduled.

After a few minutes she heard a voice " You may come in "

Hearing it, she pulled out the audit requirements folder in her hand and entered his cabin.

On the other hand, Santosh did not bat an eye lid over the human being entering in and gestured her to take the seat.

" Hi ! So I m Doctor Santosh , Chief in charge here. " He had put his hand forth for an handshake , since that's how he is expected to carry out his professional behaviour.

"Srinitha." She smiled as she shook her hands back.

As informed by the receptionist , he had as well assumed her to be the prospective candidate for the interview at the hospital.
Without thinking twice, he started to shoot the questions to determine how well her experience helped the hospital.

" Evalavu years ah practice panringa ? "

"Vazhakama auditors ah namma dhana kelvi kekanum ! Idhu enna role reversal ah pogudhu "  Srinitha was immersed in her thoughts.

Technically, even in the field of Chartered Accountancy, after qualification, the work experience is termed as " Practice," similar to the ones mentioned in Doctor profession.

"3 years ah practice panren " She spoke confidently.

" How do you keep updating your knowledge regarding medical advancements and improvements in the treatments provided to patients ? "

She, for a minute, got amused . Why was she being questioned about medical advancements and improvements ? She was an auditor, and she was supposed to know about numbers and not medicines.

Santosh looked at her being confused, not wanting to increase her stress and pressure. He shot the next question
" How do you handle patients in emergency rooms based on your past experience ? "

Now she seriously had doubts . Did they assume her to be a candidate for an interview ? Hell, not even in her articleship period or after joining as a senior audit associate, she was asked to attend an interview . To the irony, she has been asked questions regarding the medical profession.

"Hold your horses, I m not a candidate who is seeking an employment opportunity ! "

Santosh, for a minute, took down at the resume, which clearly indicated the name " Srinitha Raghuram."

"Aren't you Srinitha Raghuram ? " Santosh questioned, confused.

"No, I m not ! "

"Then why are you here and at the first place who are you ? "

She was done now ! The audit partner had informed the team regarding the audit field work, and they would start today. How could they not even be aware of it now .

"I m here for the audit ! I m the audit in charge . My team would join from tomorrow, "

That's when he realised the receptionist would have got confused with the names, and that's how their first meet-up ended up due to a misunderstanding caused by the receptionist.

"Oh, I think there is a confusion," He spoke.

"Adhana pathen ! Vazhakama nanga dhan kelvi kepom , inga opposite ah neenga ketinga" She chuckled.
