You were flying in the sky above vale
It was a quiet night, you liked flying it helps clear your head, you were thinking about what happened at your house, you and your dad were arguing about which academy to attend. 'Beacon was the first choice but the likelihood of you attending there is slim. But dad did recommend you to Atlas so the likelihood of you attending there is higher...' Y/n thought to himself .

You were then shaken out of your thoughts when you heard glass shattering, turning your head to look where the sound was, you saw that someone was thrown out of a shop window. Wanting to see what was going on, you swoop down to one of the rooftops.

After landing you see a red hooded girl. You recognize her as ruby rose from signal academy. You see the object she was holding, slowly morphs into a scythe. 'So that's the crescent rose I've been hearing about, it looks amazing!' Y/n said to himself. Y/n looks inside the store, he saw other people, recognizing the one wearing an all-white tuxedo and hat combo as the famous dust thief Roman Torchwick where as his followers contradicted his colors, wearing black suits with red glasses.

Deciding not to step in and help you start eavesdropping on their conversation ( by feeling the vibrations through your feathers). Y/n watches from the rooftop as Roman had a confused yet amused look at Ruby. "Okay...?" He then gestured to his goons. "Get her."

The six enforcers charged towards Ruby, armed with their scarlet dust swords, One bravely attempted to do an overhead slice at her, only for the scythe girl to use her weapon to misdirect its slash and jumped.

'she's pretty good ' y/n remarks as he continues to watch.

The double kick made its way at the first enforcer's face, its force removed his red glasses as he slumped down on the concrete. The second enemy was slightly caught off guard by her move but as he heard Roman snarling, he chose to attack.

Ruby twirled mid-air, dodging the second enforcer and landed in the middle to give herself a room to adjust. The remaining four plus the still recovering goon, surrounds the scythe-wielding girl.

'oh no she's sorrounded!' Y/n screamed internally

She was unfazed by this and used a tactic to spin around, by firing a dust round from her scythe. Pulling the trigger, her plan worked as she was protected by the scythe's blades as she spins. It did a cut to one of the goons, reducing his aura as the third goon was launched above by a vertical upward slash.

Seeing that her enemies were reduced to two, she quickly repositions herself and faces the remaining enforcers. Her scythe was already raised up high when she smirked at the fourth.

The goon's eyes widened within his glasses as the blunt edge slams right onto his chest that made him yelp in pain, his aura has been reduced to none.

*What are you idiots doing?!* An angry Roman Torchwick yelled as reinforcements inside the dust shop came out, their swords morphed into Dust-infused Guns. *Surround her and open fire if you have to!*

'Allright I think that's enough waiting around' Y/n said crouched and leaned
Forward. After a few seconds he propelled himself towards the remaining enforcers

By his order, the two enforcers raised their weapon and aimed at Ruby.
She noticed this but as she was about to cock the lever of her scythe a red blur rushed the two enforcers, knocking them to the ground hard at Roman's feet and it then flew upwards.
