Comic-Con Reunion

While looking for something, Sydney Sweeney was sorting through some of the old things she had come across, It was old photos of her when she was younger, she had forgotten she even had them here in her home stored away. One of the photos stood out to her the most that wasn't family-related it was a photo of her when she was younger with a boy, she could tell this photo was taken before she had become an actress, as she and the boy are just kids in the photo. They were the best of friends from what Syndey could remember and she also remembers the pain of being told that she's never going to see him again. She was never told why but seeing the photo of them again after so long had reignited her curiosity as to why Y/N had vanished, Sydney knew her parents would know why Y/N the person closest to her other than family had left her life without warning, she would ask them, if she could not get anything out of them she will ask her brother, as Y/N had been friends with him, maybe he had been told something by Y/N before he left, but that would have to wait, I have an event to attend, and I don't want to be late for the flight.

Days later and elsewhere a boy now a man who abandoned an earlier life due to a chain of evil events that took place sits up in his bed, gasping and sweating from a nightmare. He checked the time and saw it was ridiculously early in the morning. Still, he got up anyway because he knew after a dream like the one, he had there was no going back to sleep, but at least it gave him plenty of time to get ready for the day, he planned to spend his day at the yearly Oz Comic Con, one of the biggest comic con events next to another one called Supanova. He had looked at the guest list so he already knew his oldest and best friend was coming as a guest if he could even call Sydney Sweeney that anymore. Y/N never forgot about Sydney Sweeney, he had followed her for years using a social media handle where he made sure Sydney didn't know it was him, or anyone else he knew from back then. His father's business had attracted many celebrities and their families, he made sure what his father did didn't come to light and sealed what he knew away where no one would find it and left, but not before leaving an anonymous note as to where the bodies were hidden when he found that out while he made sure he locked away anything that linked his father to the crimes. He had abandoned more people than just Sydney Sweeney and her family, he had also become friends with other celebrities in return through their children and now even the children he knew are celebrities themselves, he wonders if they still remember him, he wonders how many hate him for leaving without warning and wonders how many still cares enough about him to miss him. Y/N hopes Sydney Sweeney still remembers him enough to care about him and miss him, but he won't get his hopes up, he's been hurt too many times.

"Yo Y/N, excited for today?" one of his housemates asks him.

"I know the answer to this already, but did you even sleep last night, or did you Josh and Jess stay up and game all night?" Y/N responds.

"You already know the answer for me, but Josh and his girl were responsible and went to sleep at a responsible time," Jack answers, one of his housemates. Y/N lets out a deep sigh.

"I won't even say anything to you about responsible sleep, it'll just go in one ear and right out the other, now I'm going to get ready then I'll be heading off," Y/N says.

Sydney arrives later than she would have liked at the comic con due to traffic. She was taken inside through the side where volunteers made sure it was clear of any people loitering around.

"So, what's on the schedule and what are we potentially behind on?" Sydney asks the volunteer that has been assigned to her, another female named Jasmine.

"Just a little late on autographs, but not by too much so we'll head there first, then we'll have the photo sessions when the autograph line is empty or when the session starts at one-thirty, then there are the times for other signings and photos," Jess says.
