After escaping Satoshi's goons both Hiroshi and Kenji had to lay low so they stayed out of town, Kenji had a safe house out of town so they had to stay there.
Kenji: "Hold still," Kenji said while applying stitches to Hiroshi's shoulder. Hiroshi winced in pain as each stitch that was applied reminded him of how his mother and best friend betrayed him, and how he abandoned his little sister.
Hiroshi: "Alright can you explain what the fuck just happened?" Said Hiroshi, while wincing
Kenji: "Well for one hold still and two you've been greenlit by Satoshi Tanaka, name ring any bells?" Kenji said while applying the last stitch.
Hiroshi: "What so that asshole now wants me dead, after sleeping with Yukiko and Hiromi why?" Hiroshi said standing up and putting his shirt back on.
Kenji: "You're a Loose end and it seems he sees you as a bigger threat thanks to the stunt we pulled today," Kenji said going over to the sink and washing his hands from the blood.
Hiroshi: "So what now?"Hiroshi asked in a serious and cold voice.
Kenji: "For now we lay low but in the meantime, we need to get you ready, I assume you know how to use one," Kenji said looking at the bottom of the sink getting a gun, and handing it to Hiroshi.

Hiroshi took the gun from Kenji's hand, checked the ammo, and cocked the gun.
Hiroshi: "Let's make one thing clear. When he's lost everything, everyone in his life, and he's begging for mercy...... I'll pull the trigger," Hiroshi said coldly with the determination to kill Satoshi.
Night
Hiroshi is seen looking out the window of the safe house. He keeps thinking of going back to the house to get Harumi out of the house and in safe hands.
Hiroshi: "Screw it," he said with the determination of getting his little sister out of the house. He took the gun that Kenji had given him just in case took the keys to the motorcycle and headed for his home.
When he arrived he had to be careful not to get spotted by Satoshi's goons who were guarding the house. He snuck through the backyard and climbed up to Harumi's window when he looked through the window he saw that the room was dark.
Hiroshi: "Harumi" Hiroshi said quietly as he opened the window and crawled through the window.
When suddenly the lights were turned on and Hiroshi was met with his mother's eyes. Before Yukiko could call for help, Hiroshi quickly drew the gun on his mother.
Hiroshi: "Don't you even dare!" Hiroshi said furiously with anger not drawing the gun away from his mother.
Yukiko: "How dare you come back here and point that gun at me" she said in disbelief that her son was pointing a gun at her.
