As he walked away, Aradia could feel her heart beating again! She waited some more minutes, for being truly sure that he was nowhere to be seen, as she became visible again, her breath getting heavier! Maybe she did a mistake coming in the demon's house, but she won't go without the book! If she risked it, she will finish her task!
Aradia didn't know where she exactly was or which way she needed to take...she was lost again in the enormous castle! She also didn't know if she needs to run or not! She didn't know where Kai is...he could appear from a shadow in any minute, fulfilling his statement! Fear could be seen easily on her face, but this unimportant detail didn't stop Aradia in continuing!
After minutes that seemed like an eternity, she stopped, murmuring:"Please, library! Please shown up, I need you! Please!"
Aradia's hopes disappeared as nothing happened, making her full of anger! As she started throwing away her mask furiously, all of a sudden, darkness went away from her, dissolving the mask in seconds, forming itself an immense dark hurricane which grew bigger with every movement of hers!
"Nononono" Aradia screamed as she tried to kill the hurricane with her Elvandar's powers, but nothing worked! She couldn't control it! It was going to destroy everything in its path and it was just her fault! Kai was right, she was reckless, for thinking that she can do it! That she can handle it by herself! She's useless!
Aradia got on her knees crying hard as her thoughts became too much to handle and the hurricane came closer and closer to her, ready to devour her, but she didn't flinch, she didn't move, she froze in her place! She didn't care anymore, no one will care if she dies, so why to even try? They will actually be happy that they got rid of her!
Aradia closed her eyes, accepting her faith, but she didn't feel anything! Was she dead? She though, as she tried to open her eyes, only for finding in front of her, Kai, on one knee! The hurricane was nowhere to be found anymore, like it never existed in the first place!
"Where is t-the..." Aradia tried to speak, but her eyes closed, everything getting black!

When she woke up, she was no longer in the hall, but in someone's chambers...the room was so dark and black, without even a shade of color, lifeless! She tried to get away from the bed, when she heard someone speaking:
"I'll recommend you to not do such thing, if you don't want to faint again, princess!"
"Where am I?" Aradia asked, as her mind went blank. She couldn't remember anything from the hall incident
"I suppose it's not that hard to guess where you actually are, but if you didn't realize, you're in my chambers, princess!" Kai words echoed in Aradia's head, as he went from the darkness and approached to the bed
"Stay exactly where you are, king!" Aradia said, pulling off the dagger she was hiding at her ankle, seeing Kai's movements
"Princess, if I wanted to hurt you, I'd have done it when I had the chance, don't you think?" Kai replied approaching even more, not caring about Aradia's words or dagger
"Why you did this? I could have died! I assume that you'd be happy to watch or you wanted to have a bigger satisfaction, being you the one doing the dirty work?'' Aradia asked, her gaze finding his, as he was analyzing her, searching for some injuries, but he did not find anything!
