Kaitlin's ( pov)

I just stood there not knowing what to do as my mom came to pick me up she shook me and called my name and so I said what she asked if I'm ok I said yes . But I wasn't I just got dumped by my own best friend because of something really stupid that I did . So then when I went home I grabbed my cat lily and took her to my room with me . Of course like sometimes everyone falls asleep after school but as I got up and looked at my phone and it said 20 messages and I was hoping it was from Esme but it wasn't it was from Veronica . When I looked at some of the messages it said
Veronica : hey do you wanna hang out
Veronica : I know your there
Veronica sometime this weekend we can have a sleep over
And of course I had to respond I didn't want to be to rude
Kaitlin : no sorry I just need time to think about things
Veronica: why can't you think about things at my house
Kaitlin : no I need to be a lone by my self
Veronica : ok I understand
Kaitlin : I have to go so bye
Veronica : ok bye see you tomorrow

I thought if I should call esme but also idiot think it was a good idea because she will probably give me what I deserve and I thought of it she is my best friend and I called her she didn't pick up I knew it she didn't want to talk I called 36 times and left messages

ESMES ( pov)
I woke up to 35 messages and 36 missed calls all from Kaitlin I didn't even want to talk to her I just wish this is a dream and so the next morning I won't have this horrible feeling like its sneezing me chest and I feel a sting . I just gonna go see if my mom brought food or made food and I go to the kitchen to see pizza and soda perfect for my mood and so I took two pieces and grabbed a cup of soda and went to my room but I saw a note in the corner of my eye and it said
NOTE: hey honey went out with dad we bought some pizza and soda be back at 11
Ok good for me because I can do what ever I want except have a party maybe I can ask some friends to come over so then I can get my mind off of Kaitlin and how hurt I was .She practically made me the bad guy which is not right at all .it was only 6 so I asked them and they came over Lila, Monique , Emilie . When they came that had fun we talked about boys and things like that . Who has ever hurt us . We watched scary movies after all of that there parents wanted them to come home around 10 but they wanted to sleep over so they did . And of course it was Friday so we tried an all nighter and some of us stayed up till 3 and yeah then after all that everyone was asleep and yeah. I heard my mom come home at 2:00 am in the morning I think she had a fun time but then I heard her crying . I was getting up to see if she was ok but then I heArd the phone ring and she didn't answer as I heard her open my door I quickly ran to my bed jumped in it and acted like I was sleeping . She turned on the light called all of our names to see if we were sleeping and of course they were . But I heard her go to her room and then back out to the living room . I was gonna go check on her but I knew she was tired after 5 minutes I heard nothing but silence everyone was fast alseep and I was here like what the hell is going on. I didn't know what to do so I went to my brothers room and went into his bed and waited for him to wake up which was around 4am . I just didn't know what to do and just layed there and when he woke up he got scared and jumped out of his bed " Jesus fucking crist esme" you scared the living shit out of me . I got scared a little and then I said sorry and I tried to smile but I was to upset with the whole Kaitlin and mom coming home crying which dilon didn't know about . He asked me what I was doing so I told him that I just was alone and needed someone to talk about he said oh we can talk . I knew he didn't want to talk because he was tired so I said no it's fine I started to walk when I felt someone grab my wrist and pulled me into a hug it was dilon he said that tomorrow we can talk but for now he wanted me to sleep in his bed and so I listened to him and he did the same when we got into the bed he hugged me and told me everything was gonna be ok. But I knew that wasn't true I always get a bad feeling something bad is gonna happen and when I get this feeling I'm almost always right but I fell alseep in his arms . And u woke up like at 6 am to go back to my bed and I did it nice and quietly and I quickly ran into my room and then my bed and fell back to sleep I was tired.
