About two weeks have passed. Fang was now in the kitchen, making himself breakfast and lunch to school. Since his mother hasn't left for work yet, she remained sitting at the bar stool near the kitchen, talking to him while he was occupied with his food.

"So, honey, tell me, anything new at school?" She asked him, taking a sip of her tea. "Oh, umm, I don't think so. " The chinese smiled a little under his nose, head still down so he wouldn't cut himself while slicing bread which he wasn't the best at.

"You sure? Any friendships, lovers, enemies I should know of?" She observed her soon try to handle his food in a really unskillful manner. He paused for a second, he hoped that she would assume he's just trying to recall something from his memory.

"Umm, no. I mean, there are some people I hate, but I think you know how I am, don't you?" The blue haired man continued to prepare his food, walking over to the fridge to get some ham out.

"No girl wants you because you look like one. Your hair is dyed and long, and your face doesn't help either.." She sighed, looking at her child. "Hey, when did it come onto the topic of girls?? And I'll let you know I'm very popular. I just don't want them, ya know.."

"And why's that? You've been all giggly recently, has my little sugar plum found himself somebody to be interested in?" She suspected, still intrigued since she hasn't had the time to catch up on his life recently. "Umm.. per se. " He spoke faster than he thought.

"Who is she?? Do I know her? Can I meet her?" "Uhh.. I mean, it's one sided, she doesn't know I exist, I think.." He giggled, trying to loosen up the mood so maybe his mother would stop pampering him with those questions.

"Oh, honey, on the topic of friends, what was that with Buster that he just had to sneak into our house and stay over?" She asked crossing her eyes, remembering she forgot to discuss that with him.

He had an option to either lie or tell her the truth, he hoped that a guilt factor would help him wash the pretentions off him. "Oh, I mean.. It's a little private, but I suppose I can tell you. Well.. you know how his mom is, always leaving and shit, she came back drunk, and stuff like that. "

"Ah yes, I recall, I feel bad for him, he seems like a nice boy, from what I got to know him. " She shrugged, her tea almost finished by now. "You've known him for like three years, I think you should know. "

He then reached for his lunchbox and put his now finished sandwiches there, then snuck some candy into it as well. After that he wanted to leave the kitchen, but was stopped by his mom.

"Be honest with me. " She told him in a very mysterious manner. "Uhhh.." He froze for a second, trying to logically solve what the response to that should be. "I'm gonna be late. " He smiled then paced up running up to his room.

Once he got there he actually checked the time and realized that what he said wasn't far from the truth and he actually had to hurry, so he just quickly put his clothes on, then packed his bag.

He ran over to the corridor, then swiftly put his shoes on, unbothered to tie them. He opened up the wardrobe that stood there, then picked out one of his coats. Being done with that he yelled bye to his mom and left.

During his short and uneventful walk to the bus stop he used his precious time to take his headphones out and put some music on, actually almost tripping because he was busy skipping so he could find a song he liked.

The second he noticed the bus approach he ran with it, to his luck he didn't have to do that for long and managed to get on it without tiring himself out much. He took an empty seat next to the window and took his phone out.
