23| He's mine

She was in the airport bathroom. She untied her hair. She wore a dress identical to one he made her wear once. She was wearing a lot of accessories. She was ready to go. She wondered if he will stare at her again or not. Carrying her luggage she booked a taxi. Her heart was beating fast. As soon as the taxi stopped she moved out. She ran to her grandma.

Rose: "Grandma where is he?"

Grandma: "How come you are here?"

Rose: "Tell me where is he?"

Grandma: "Wait I will call him."

Rose: "Do it quickly."

She was rushing. Grandma could not believe how she was behaving. She dialled his number and put it on speaker.

Grandma: "Where are you?"

Mitch: "I am in office." With heavy voice.

Grandma: "Why is your voice so heavy?"

Mitch: "Insomnia grandma."

Grandma: "Send me your live location and tell everyone that I am sending someone."

Mitch: "Is everything okay?"

Grandma: "Yes."

Rose was hearing his voice after so long. Why was she blushing already. It was just his voice. She quickly forwarded the message and went out.
She took a car and was driving rashly. She was finally at the destination. She was so energetic. Quickly passing by the reception. She was headed towards his office. She opened the door.

He was lying on his chair half asleep. His hair was overgrown. He was wearing all black suit. A young girl in a jumpsuit was just standing at his head taking the benefit she was about to touch his face. She was filled with rage.

Rose: "What are you doing?" She shouted. Her face was now red.

Secretary: "Excuse me? Who are you and who let you in?"

By now he was awake. He rubbed his eyes but she was still standing there. Her face was red. "Is she actually here or am I dreaming?"

Rose: "Get out of here!" She pulled her collar.

Secretary: "Who are you?" She struggled.

Rose: "Who am I Mitch?" She shouted at him who was sitting still. His eyes were wide open. He could not grasp the situation.

Mitch: "Can you see her too?" His voice was shaking.

She dragged her out of the room and locked it.

Rose: "Who is she? What was she doing? Tell me!" She shouted. Her happy mood was gone.

She went close to him. She pulled his tie "I am still your wife if you do not remember. Fire her instantly."

Mitch: "I ...."

Rose: "I was going to reward you but you do not deserve it."

She was about to head out.

Mitch: "Why are you here? What does all this mean?"

Rose: "I came for you."

Mitch: "Why?"

Rose: "Because you are my husband."

She looked at him. He was staring outside now with his chair turned. His face was serious. It was weird.

Rose: "Are you okay?"

Mitch: "Please go back." He begged.

Rose: "You do not want me to be here?"

Mitch: "Yes."

Rose: "Why?"

Mitch: "I am scared. I will think it was just a dream please leave."

He was constantly staring outside with his back towards her.

Rose: "You will not decide everything."

She moved his chair. He was crying and his face was red . He quickly tried to move away. She held his face in his hands. He has lost so much weight. His body was burning and his eyes were swollen. He was in pain. He tried to move her away again. She wipe his tears and moved closer. She slowly kissed his lips. It was the first time she was kissing a guy. She was gently kissing him. "Hold me!" She whispered. He was holding her waist again while she kissed him. She sat on his lap and hugged him gently. She was striking his hair.

Rose: "We will make it right and work on it. I will not leave understood. I am here for my revenge. It's just a treat okay. You have to earn after this. But whatever happens we will stay together."

Mitch: "Promise?"

She kissed on his forehead. He pulled her up in his arms slowly moving towards the office couch. He put her down and was lying on top of her. He was gently kissing her. Then she put his head on her chest.

Mitch: "Do not leave me."

Rose: "If you missed me so much. Why did you not come?" She was gently massaging his head with her fingers. He held her even more tightly.

She could see what was missing.
