Exercising

Well this may be a lengthy one.
Yes, I am one of those fat lards that hate working out. Of course I do get my doses of physical activity, but that doesn't mean I particularly enjoy it. Seriously, I cannot be the only person here that hates sweating, feeling hot, smelly, wet, like I'm going to pass out, etc.

I blame it on genetics. My dad hates working out too, so I blame it on him. I mean it's his fault right?

Also, for a female, I sweat a lot. AGAIN WITH THE GENETICS THANK YOU FATHER. So when I work out or take a trip to the zoo while it's hot as fire in the outside world, I have to be mindful of what color shirt I'm wearing. Unfortunately, that's how it is and I can't exactly do anything about it. Don't anyone dare to tell me to wear deodorant because, believe it or not, I wear it everyday. On the bright side it doesn't smell bad.

I'm lazy too so when I have a chance to sit on my couch and watch some good old television, you better bet your little buns I'm taking it. Because of my much needed relaxing time, the haters out there (aka my parents) make it their life goal to get me out off the couch and out of the house. So needless to say they make me exercise. It sucks let me tell you.

AND THE SORENESS
Okay I have to admit soreness CAN feel good because you know that you worked hard and it did at least a little something, but then there's that terrible soreness that makes you feel like an 80 year old woman. Especially when you are sitting down to go to the bathroom and it is literally the hardest thing you have ever been faced with.

AND THE EFFORT
I don't think there is one person out there that says working out is easy. I'm just putting it out there--- IT IS HARD! Why would I want to do anything like that. Yeah, yeah, yeah; I need to be healthy and what not blah blah.

Ugh and running. You see, running and I have this complicated relationship... Well not really, we just hate each other and I've come to terms with it. Don't even get me started on the Pacer you have to do in gym... All I think about when I run is how much I absolutely loathe it, so that in itself makes it 1000000x harder. I've tried getting my mind off of it but it's always there in the back of my mind. It's a bitch.

I hate feeling like I'm going to die. Wheezing and breathing heavy are not some of the things I love most in life, so I would prefer to not feel that way.

Personally, I'm not great at working out so when someone watches me or if I'm doing a class or whatever, I don't feel comfortable. I don't know, I feel self conscious and I get frustrated and down on myself. It's just not something I prefer to do. I guess I feel like I'm not living up to expectations or I'm a weak link in some cases, so I just like to avoid situations like that.

My case has been rested.
