Victoria's POV

"Victoria, do you take this man as your husband?"

"Of course I do, he's my love," I thought to myself. "I do," I said out loud.

"Well, by the power invested in me, you may now..." Beep, beep, beep, beep!

It was the same dream I have been dreaming for the past week, I don't know what it means but, I could never get to the kissing part and I never even saw the groom's face.

"Honey, come down for breakfast!" Chimed my boyfriend, Eric. He always made me breakfast in the morning.

"In a minute, I look like a mess!" I called back, giving me time to wash my face and brush my hair.

"You're always beautiful sweetie!" He was always flattering me that way but I never understood what he liked about be me. I had medium length, brown hair that just laid flat with nothing to it, my eyes were blue, but not one of those pretty blues, just blue. My head, oh God my head, has always been too big for my body since the day I have been born and I had short, stubby legs. Over all, I felt hideous in my own skin.

After I finished my thoughts about myself, I hurried down the stairs, receiving the message from my stomach that it was time to eat.

"Good morning gorgeous," he said to me as he gave me a sweet kiss. I rolled my eyes. Eric was totally out of my league, he had brown curly hair that was messy but man it was sexy, he had crisp green eyes that would mesmerize every girl that got caught in his path, and he had a six pack, got to love that! He has a tan and he smells AMAZING! He was overall the perfect man. To perfect for me anyway.

Eric's POV

I heard the sound of Victoria's alarm clock, 10 o'clock, right on cue. I have been up since 5; I went for a run, took a shower, and then started to prepare Victoria breakfast.

"Honey, come down for breakfast!" I called to her, waiting for a reply.

"In a minute, I look like a mess!" I heard her say back.

"You're always beautiful sweetie!" I complimented.

She never looked like a mess, she was way to perfect for me. She was drop dead gorgeous, her hair was a deep brown that ran down her spine, her eyes, oh her eyes, they are as blue as the ocean, and she has the most beautiful legs that were just the right size. She is altogether perfection.

I broke out of my thoughts when I heard her coming down the stairs, there she was, a goddess. "Good morning gorgeous," I said, sharing our morning kiss. No matter how many times I see her, I'm always struck by her beauty. I never understood what she saw in me, I had stupid curly hair that went crazy and never stayed in place, and my eyes were just a boring green. I wasn't gorgeous or even good looking, I was just....okay. Definitely not good enough for her. I would never be good enough.

I watched her eye everything I made for her, bacon, extra crispy, eggs, covered in cheese, and homemade cinnamon rolls, just how she likes it.

"Looks fantastic babe," she complimented me as she got two plates out and held one out to me. I took it and we began helping ourselves to the feast. We both took a seat and began discussing what we were doing today.

"So I have a doctors appointment at 1 o'clock, and then I meeting with the girls. What are you doing today?" She asked, gazing into my eyes.

"Nothing special, just chilling. So, are you free tomorrow?" I asked hopefully.

"Yes I am, why?"

"I was thinking that we could get all dressed up and go out for dinner."

"That would be fantastic!" She smiled at me and finished up her breakfast. "I'm going to go up and take a shower."

"Can I join?"

She laughed and nodded and we raced upstairs.

Victoria's POV

I was in my way to my appointment, I was going to find out the big news, if I was really pregnant. I haven't told Eric yet because I didn't want to get his hopes up yet. I was praying for it to be true, but I just was hopefully. I pulled into the parking lot and inched my way toward either something life changing or not.

Bing; a text from Sophia. Sophia is my best friend that was always dating a new guy every time I saw her. I wouldn't blame her either, she was a tall blonde with gorgeous, and when I say gorgeous, I mean GORGEOUS, blue eyes that were like crystals. Anyways, I read her text,

"Text me the news right when you find out, no, wait, until we see each other at the restaurant. No, tell me when you find out! I wanna know before Maria and Clara find out. No just, idk! I'm soooo excited!"

I threw my phone back into my bag and just shook my head, she could never make up her mind on anything. Right when I looked back up, I ran into a man right in front of me. We both fell back with surprise and slammed against the concrete. Just when I was about to apologize for not looking where I was going, I went mute when I saw the man's face.

"It couldn't be," I thought to myself.

Eric's POV

It has already been about an hour since my love walked out the door and haven't really moved a muscle sense. This happens every time I get nervous and I had a reason to. Tomorrow wasn't going to just be a normal date with just her and I, no, it was the date that I was going to ask her to be my lovely bride. I was still having doubts though. She can do much better than me. I see the way guys look at her everywhere we go, guys that could make her happier than I could. I...just...don't. She has been with me for two years now and she hasn't left me. Everyday I'm just waiting for her to say its through. I have to make sure tomorrow is perfect. As I finished my thoughts, I decided to get up and walked up the stairs. I turned the corner and found my closet. If everything was going to be perfect, I had to find the perfect outfit.

Hours later, there were clothes all over the floor and I still haven't found anything to wear. I guess it's just not going to happen.

Victoria's POV

"Jake?"

"Victoria?"

"Oh my gosh! I haven't seen you in so long, how have you been?" I said surprised, giving him a warm hug. Jake was my high school sweetheart. We had so many plans to go move together and get married...but everything changed when his mother died. I was there to support him but he broke my heart and everything just went downhill from there. He moved in with his grandmother in Maine and we haven't spoken since.

"I've been great, man you are still gorgeous as ever!"

"Yeah right," I thought.

"So what have you been up too? Do you have boyfriend?"

"Actually, I do. I'm been with my boyfriend for two years now," it felt so good saying that. Ring, I was getting a call. "In fact, this is him now, I have to go. It was nice seeing you."

"Yeah, same, so um here's my number, make sure that you call me later." He handed me a sheet with his digits.

I accepted it and then answered my phone, " hey babe, what's up?"

"I was just seeing how your day is going."

"Actually, I'm about to see the doctor so I have to go, I'll talk to you later, k?"

"Okay."

"I love you!"

"Love you too."

I hung up the phone and took a seat in the doctors office. About ten minutes later, the nurse called for me. Here we go.
