I got to add to my Word document today. Yay. Here it is:

o 9/08/2024: First letter arrives

o 10/08/2024: Second letter arrives

o 11/08/2024: People in graveyard watching me and third letter arrives. Later that night, first text message comes through and the people are outside my house.

o 12/08/2024: I finally opened the letter when I got home from school.

o 13/08/2024: They texted me saying I was smart for opening the letter. Then I had a conversation with them over text and agreed to meet with them on Friday afternoon. Mistake? Let's see.

o 14/08/2024: Got followed yet again

o 15/08/2024: Emailed rather than texted. Very random and unexpected.

Yep, so they somehow got my school email. For fucks sake. They're more invested in my life than even I could ever be. What kind of strings did they pull to get my school email?

Oh wait, my student ID card is missing. Great. I must've dropped it at school, or on the way to school. Actually, it must've been on the way home, because I remember using it to borrow a book from the library in period 6. So maybe I misplaced it when I finished using it. Maybe when I was trying to put it in my pocket, I dropped it thinking it had gone in? Yeah, I reckon that's what happened. So, either one of Peter and Alice was at school, watching me, and most likely rejoiced when I dropped my card.

Anyway, back to the point. They got my school email and emailed me instead of texting me. Why would they do that? The school can see any emails I receive or send. They took a massive risk when they sent me this:

I responded saying yes, I will meet with them. Mistake? Most likely. Because when the 5pm news was on, the reporter was standing outside my school. 'The Director of IT here at Darwin High School has gone missing,' she said. And I immediately linked that to the email. I bet Alice and Peter abducted Mr Golden, the kindly old man who always helped with my laptop problems when I had them. I bet they took him, and warned the rest of the IT department to keep the email to themselves. To not tell the police. But then why take Mr Golden? Couldn't you just leave the department on a warning? There are so many ways they could've gone about this. Honestly, they're making it harder for themselves, because they're making me more reluctant to meet them.

Ok. I have to pack for Evie's party now. Bye.
