break ?

I was okay for all the things that he said to me ,all the ignoring , taunts , everything
But how can I be okay with cheating?

I know if he can love me then he can also put me in pain but cheating?

I'm crying my heart out on the phone call

Teju please don't cry ...his voice is hoarse

I harshly wiped my eyes ...this is what a actual heartbreak feels like
My chest is paining.. I'm not in the state to talk without crying

Baby , please talk ...I know you are hurting too much ..but please don't keep it in your heart

From his voice...I can clearly understand that he is drunk

Karan ...we can talk tomorrow....
Go to sleep..she said in exhausted voice

Teju please we need this conversation right now.. please baby...he pleads

You are not feeling well ?

Do you want to visit doctor?
He asked hastily

He was drunk but still he was alerted now

I can look after myself Karan .... I'm doing the same for past few days.  She said

I'm sorry...Karan said as lone tear pass out of his eyes

She cut the call
It was an abrupt end

Both were bothered , not at ease

He sit on the floor and cried whole night
He slept on the floor

The only thought he has in his mind is that how foolish he was , how ungrateful, inconsiderate
It's all his fault

He woke up early at 6 in the morning
He gone for a walk to clear his head
He was just remembering her painful voice, her crying
He can't just sit here in Italy
He have to go back to solve the problem

When he was back to his hotel first thing he did was to book his flight back to India

His flight timings were late at night

Here tejasswi's health deteriorated
She was admitted to hospital as her blood pressure drop drastically , she was unconscious , her glucose level was low too
She was on saline and medications

She was alone at home when she was not feeling well  , she didn't want to disturb her parents as her father was also a heart patient
She called her best friend adi

Without any delay he came and take her to hospital

Teju . Why are you saying thank you ?
Mai nahi aata toh kaun aata?

He said  she smiled softly
Doctor said that you'll be here for three days
Your vitals are low , your migraine is worsening they have to keep a check on you

She nodded
Adi ... please mummy papa ko mat batana
Puchhe toh bol Dena kaam ke liye baahar gayi hai please
He understand why she's saying that

She slept all day as she was too weak
Adi was there for her ...he was sitting there all day long from feeding her food to checking on her ...he did all

Kya haal bana liya hai ...adi said softly and kissed her head softly and sat on the stool beside the bed
She opened her eyes slowly and smiled looking at him
She slept again

Ho jaaungi thik .. zyada kuchh nhi hua hai
She said
He smiled back

Here Karan boarded his flight...he was also not feeling good ...there was some heaviness in his heart ....

He landed early morning
He called her right away....she didn't pick the call
He visited her house
She was not there
They said. She was out for shooting
He called her again
Her phone was with adi
He picked in 5th ring

Teju ...why are you not picking my call ?
He asked

Hey .. adi this side,  her best friend.. she's in the hospital...he said as he didn't know what happened between the two

He was restless listening this

He shared the location....and Karan hurriedly moved to the location

As he entered the hospital...he asked the receptionist for the room number
And he ran through corridor and reached the room

He saw her , her face was pale , she was weak
He goes towards her
He sat on the bed
He was crying, his heart was beating wildly
He cupped her face and kissed her on her forehead, cheeks , eyes , nose , lips
He was assuring himself that she's infront of him

She opened her eyes and looked at him
Karan ...she said in weak voice .

He was sobbing

She wiped his eyes

Don't cry  she said
I'm sorry...he said  and hiccuped

Aise royega toh naaraz bhi nhi reh sakti ...she said

Nhi ..reh lo naaraz....itne jaldi maaf nhi karna mujhe ..  bohot bura hu main
He said

Karan mai chahti hu ki ham chize slow le ...apne relationship ko firse restart kare
She said
He looked at her immediately

Break nhi lenge ...Jo bhi hai saath Mai reh kar hi solve karenge...nhi rehna hai dur mujhe tumse ...he said immediately almost breathless

Baby ...mai sach bol Raha hu voh ladki ne kiya .. Maine bohot roka .... please mujhe maaf kar do . 
He said and joined his forehead with her's

Mai jaanti hu but mai maaf nhi karungi itne jaldi ...she said

Thik hai ....he whispered and wiped his tears

Someone knocked on the door he looked back and saw a man standing there
Hi .. I'm adi .. he said
He walked to him and hugged him
Thank you for taking care of her ....Karan said
He patted his back
She is my best friend karan ....I can do anything for her ....he said
He broke the hug and nodded

Adi walked to her
And kissed her forehead
How are you feeling? He asked
I'm good now ....she said softly
They talked for a bit

This was all got noticed by Karan
The interaction somewhat was peaceful
Maybe just maybe if he was not a part of her life ..they might have something

The care he has for her was not friendly
It was more than that
He didn't leave her side

Did I really push her away ...that she is seeking comfort in someone else?

You did everything to hurt her and he is doing all the things to comfort her ... his mind mocked him
He was crying again looking at them
He walked to her ....she was sitting on bed
He hugged her tightly
She patted his back
Sunny... she said softly.... it soothes his inner self
Baby you love me right ?  He asked
I love you ...she said...as she knows he is overthinking

Adi took his leave giving the couple their moment

He kissed her shoulder
He breaks the hug
She looked at his red swollen eyes and put her hand on his eyes ...
Bas hogaya ab ...itna nhi rote hai ...she said

Tum mujhse dur toh nhi jaaungi na?
Adi bohot achha hai...usne dhyaan bhi rakha ...bohot kuchh Kiya  mai jaanta hu but please mujhe nhi chhodna 
He said

She smiled

I'm not going to leave you ...you are stuck with me Karan ...she said

He smiled at last
I love you so much

So this is how girls are
