The scene begin with sirat fall from the stairs while saving akshara which numb both the sisters . Both the sisters ran towards their mother . Tears continuously rolled down through their cheeks and their heart sank seeing their mother lifeless . When sirat 's head hit with stone she recall some Flashback .
" Tina hu main rishikesh ki tina "
" Mendak kahi ke taar taar "
Mujhse dosti karoge kartik
" I love you kartik "
Her head start paining but she could heard a faint voice .
Sirat tu sirat hai mahari laado.....main teri Nani hu aur yeh Sheela teri maa jo tujhe bachpan main chod ke bhaag gayi thi aur tu ek ranveer naam ke bande se pyar karti thi aur woh tujhe shaadi ke mandap pe chod ke bhaag gaya tha .
She recall everything how she fall from the cliff and become sirat from naira and meet kairav and kartik , kartik fall sick her marriage with ranveer and then he dies , she ran away , case , kartik help her and their marriage and then her fourth child Aarohi born and conflict between her daughters .
Sirat / naira - Aarohi ....aapni behan se nafrat maat karna woh tumhari sauteli behan nahi hai saagi behan hai . Meri saagi beti hai kyunki main hi naira hu sirat kabhi thi hi nahi meri yaadsh chali gayi thi aur main sirat baan gayi otherwise main pehle bhi naira thi aur aab bhi naira hu aur tum teeno mere bacche ho Aarohi aur akshu tumhari saagi behan hai .
Naira then move her gaze toward akshara who was crying holding naira 's hand and shocked hearing the truth . Naira gently crassed her hair and struggle to speak .
Naira - akshi meri bacchi I know tujhe yeh lagta ki tune aapni naira mumma ko nahi dekha but yeh sach nahi hai main cliff se giri zaroor thi par bach gayi aur meri yaadsh chali gayi thi aur main sirat baan gayi but baccha I love you more then anyone kyunki aap meri mumma ki parchai ho and I love you so much . Aapna hamesha dhyan rakhna baccha mumma always love you .
She then turn to Aarohi and said
" I love you too Aarohi aur kairav ko bhi kehana ki mumma usse bahaut pyar karti hu .
After saying this naira loose consciousness and akshara and Aarohi hug naira and wept badly . Akshara manage to take phone from stranger and call Manish but kartik received it and shocked when akshara tell him about naira accident and with the help of few people naira was taken to hospital and few minutes later goenkas along with naksh and keerti also reached hospital and spot akshara and Aarohi who was sitting on chair looking at OT waiting for their mother to come out and hug them and tears rolled down through their cheeks . Kartik rushed to his daughters side and embrace them and look at OT blankly and mummered .
" Ek baar aapni naira ko kho chuka hu dubara nahi hona chaiye yeh krishna ji " .
He wipe his tears from the corner of his eyes and hug his daughters who was looking weak and fragile . All the members family also gathered around kartik and akshu - aaru . The doctor come outside and kartik take update about her health .
Doctor - dekhiye blood bahaut loss hogaya hai patient ka we urgently need blood for patient aap main se kisi ka blood match hota hai kya aur agar 2 jaane dege toh accha hoga .
Hearing this kartik get up from the place while make sure his daughter 's sleep doesn't broke and intervene .
Kartik - haa mera karta hai aur naksh ka bhi uska bhai hai yeh .
Naksh was taken aback heard that he will never give blood to that person who take his sister 's place and his sister's daughter doesn't even know about her biological mother and that's why he share cordial relationship with sirat and avoid interaction as much as possible .
Naksh - no I will not do that yeh meri behan ke saath injustice hoga .
Kartik - naira ke saath injustice toh tab hoga jab tum blood nahi doge toh naira phir cheen jayegi tumse kyunki naira hi sirat uski yaadash chali gayi thi . Aarohi meri aur naira ki beti hai .
Goenkas and keesh was stunned heard that then he tell what naira told to akshara and Aarohi and also told them how he knew from 10 years that sirat is naira and she loose her memory .
Naksh - tumhe yeh kaise pata chala kartik naira ke baare main aur tumne bataya kyun nahi .
Kartik - jab naira Dalhousie main mujhe mili tab waha pata chala jab naira behosh hogayi thi aur doctor ne kaha tha ki brain clot ki history hone ki wajhse agar isko kuch bhi yaad karwane ki koshish ki toh yeh coma main jaa sakti thi aur Jaan ka bhi khatra tha isiliye maine usse propose kiya aur hamri shaadi aur phir hamri Aarohi aayi aur aap logo ko kuch nahi bataya taaki naira ko kuch naa pta chale . Naksh please chalo andar blood Dene aapni behan ke liye .
This revelation was too much to absorb for naksh and goenkas . Naksh was guilty for not unable to recognise his sister and behave coldly with him and with aarohi too who is his neice . His one sensible brain cell remind him earlier circumstances were not in his favour but now it is so he should save his sister and thinking all this he move toward ward to give blood .
10 hours passed the operation was still going on and goenkas especially kartik 's patience was tested now who desperately wanted to see their naira hale and healthy . Gayu and swarna already taken Akshara Aarohi to the home and made them sleep . Soon the red bulb turn off and doctor come out . He remove his mask and sigh in defeat . Everyone eyes were on doctor with hopes . Kartik approach doctor and asked .
Kartik - kaisi hai meri naira .
Doctor ( sighs ) - dekhiye Mr goenka operation successful huaa but....
Kartik - par kya doctor ....
Doctor - Mr goenka Mrs goenka ke sar pe chot lagi hai and as you say unki brain clot ki history aur 11 saal pehele bhi unhe chot lagi thi isiliye woh coma main chali gayi hai .
Hearing this kartik stumble back but Manish held him . Natik and naksh condition were not less than kartik they were equally vulnerable . Again kartik have to live without his naira and he wondered how will he manage his kids without his naira especially his daughters .
Kartik ( to himself ) - naira ek baar phir akela chod diya mujhe tumne but I promise jab taak tum theek nahi hojaati ho hamre bache ko main sambhaluga .
He wipe his tears from the corner of his eyes and promise himself in his mind .

Hii i know all of you will be very angry on me and I am sorry for leaving my story in mid and vanish suddenly but from past 15 days I was disturbed due to my personal life and travelling and not able to concentrate on stories I am really sorry so I decide to write new story to refresh my mind . I will update daily and it's only contain 5 - 6 parts then will update two stories which get highest vote as per promise .
