"I never did like you, Esmer."

Aseal growled, fingers tightening around Shivani's neck even further. "UrghWhat the hell are you doing Aseal?!", the woman barely choked out, gritting her teeth. A forged sneer contorted on his face, a sharp canine shining on a glaring light. "I could ask you the same damn thing, Esmer.", it took awhile for that last word to sink into Shivani's head.

Once it did, her eyes deepened in appall and sudden alert."How do you—? Agh—!", she screwed her eyes shut as her esophagus was squeezed, not to the point it was even close to killing her, but to the point it was extremely painful. Shivani kicked up her legs at the other, her 'self defense' was only in vain as Aseal pinned her legs down with his knees.

"I always knew I was a better leader than you, nonetheless a better master...", Aseal craned his head back a bit, towards Myrym. A grimace showed when he saw how the reavenet man was knelled on the floor, too busy covering the lower half of his face to do anything else.

Aseal whipped his head right back to focus on Shivani. He felt a sudden burst of heat near his torso, immediately letting go of his grip on her throat, pushing himself back. Shivani held her hurt neck, coughing a fit with her other hand enflamed with her ability.

It took her awhile to stable herself, Aseal only stood, lifting his head to look down on her. "I was...", the blonde steadied herself with a small step back. "—a little surprised you knew my name, but then I remembered, you know everything.", she stood up straight, stretching out her fingers in a 'claw' motion, the flame in her hand only enlarging.

"Thing is...", she smirked, opening her stance. "I hate know-it-all's.", she shot out the gulf of flame Aseal's way, he easily dodged it. The puny burst of fire hit the wall, instantly going out, leaving a burn mark on the previously beige surface.

"That's what idiots who can't even subtract say.", just as Aseal was about to counter attack, a hand was on his shoulder, stopping him from moving any further. The angelic man turned his head to see that Myrym had gotten himself together, his muzzle sealed on his face.

"That's enough. Any more and I'll have to deal with you, myself.", his voice was deepened and rough at the end. The (h/c) haired man lightly scoffed, relaxing his pose and tilting his head. "That doesn't sound too bad. Your place, or mine?", Aseal grabbed Myrym's hand, turning himself to face the other.

Myrym's brows knitted as Aseal intertwined their fingers sensually, only weirding out the blonde woman behind them. "Please leave.", the pink eyed male spat out, jerking his hand away from Aseal's hold. Aseal chuckled, nodding as he took a step back.

"I'll be on my way then, see you another time Myrym!"

"...I hope he doesn't come back."

"Me too..."

Alphonse locked up his door, quickly doing so before fixing up his mask. He stopped and looked over when he heard the door next to his open, small panic rushing over him. The panic did not subside when
Y/n stepped out, closing up his own door, completely unbothered.

It only took a few seconds for Y/n to notice the dark haired male a foot away, a happy grin tugging on his lips. "Hi Alphonse! How are you?", Y/n shoved his apartment keys into the tote bag he was holding. Alphonse's eyes glazed over the bag, the rhinestone outline of hello kitty on it made him smile under his mask.

"I'm fine...", Alphonse shuffled his feet. "I like your bag.", he mumbled, causing Y/n to hum and look down at his cutesy carry on. His smile widened, baring his teeth as he looked back up at Alphonse. "Thank you! I got it at forever 21, celebrating hello kitty's 55th anniversary.", he informed cheerfully.

Alphonse nodded, turning on his heel to be on his way. "Uh—It's real early, where are ya' headed?", the question was stuttered, but it accomplished the main goal: getting Alphonse to stop and turn back.

"I was going to the grocery store.", the voice was placid and soft, but it could be heard to close-by ears. "Really? At 5:30 in the morning?, Y/n chuckled in slight amazement. "Mmhm, what about you?", 'Why did I ask that? It sounded so weird—would he even want to tell me where he's headed?', Alphonse lectured himself, gently biting down on his tongue.

"I was gonna go pick up food, but now that I think about it...", Y/n tapped his dominant foot, putting a finger up to his chin in pretend thought. "I need a few groceries too.", the foot tapping stopped abruptly.

"Mind if I tag along?"

Alphonse froze.

'What? He wants to...come with me?',
"Uh...I—"—"It's only a few things, and it'd be nice to spend some time with you!", Y/n did a skip-step towards the pink eyed male, tilting his head to the side sweetly.

"Uhh...", for some reason, Y/n's (e/c) eyes looked a bit too cute at the moment, round and wide. Almost like a puppy. Alphonse sighed in defeat.

"Yes, I'll drive."

__

"You really didn't have to help me put the groceries away...", you only smiled at that statement, putting the last bottle of apple juice in a row in the fridge. "Eh, I wanted to. Plus, you did drive me to the store, the least I could do was this.", you closed the fridge door, patting your hands on your knees as you stood up.

Alphonse didn't respond, watching you as he was leaned against his kitchen counter. "It was nothing, really.", he pushed himself off of the kitchen island, closing in on you. You tilted your head, "Care to see me out?", you did a small 'hop' step. Alphonse let out a little 'mmhmm' sound, stepping aside to let you pass.

He walked you to his own entrance, unlocking and opening the door. "I guess I'll see you tomorrow, yeah?", you asked. "Uh...yeah, sure.", he confirmed. You grinned ear to ear with closed eyes, "See' ya!", you exclaimed happily. "See you...", he responded, closing the door afterwards.

Your lifted your hand, covering your lower face. Your sweet smile turned impure under your hand, squinting your eyes filled with glee.

'Yeah. I'll see you, for sure...'

__

"That's what you're planning?"

"Yes! Ain't it the smartest idea ya' ever heard?"

"More like the dumbest idea I've ever heard...Quit it with the accent."

"But it's fun!"

"You're making fun of me."

"It's not my fault your accent is cute."

"Yo' mama is—damn it, I can't say that..."

"And you shouldn't."

"You're right, I respect your mom too much..."

"You think that's the only reason?"

"As if you'd lay a hand on me."

"Wanna' bet?"

"You're on."
