**Title:** *Locked Hearts in the Store Room*

---

The sun was setting outside the imposing walls of the Sachivalaya, casting long shadows across the corridors. Inside a small, dusty storeroom, two former lovers—now bitter exes—found themselves locked in an awkward and increasingly tense situation.

Kavya, her temper already frayed from the events of the day, glared at Adhiraj. “I can’t believe you used Vicky to get that MLA ticket,” she spat, crossing her arms in a futile attempt to put some distance between them in the cramped space.

Adhiraj, his own nerves on edge, looked away. “You think I had a choice? This world is ruthless, Kavya. You have to play dirty sometimes.”

“Dirty?” Kavya’s voice was sharp enough to cut glass. “You think using people, manipulating them, is just ‘playing dirty’? You’re just as ruthless as this world now, Adhiraj.”

The air in the storeroom seemed to grow heavier with every passing second, suffocating them with the weight of their unresolved issues. Adhiraj wiped the sweat from his brow, a growing unease gnawing at him. The room felt too small, too enclosed.

"Bahut hua," Adhiraj muttered, his voice low but strained, masking the rising panic within him. “Let’s just get out of here.”

Kavya, too wrapped up in her anger, ignored the anxiety she saw flickering in his eyes. Her gaze darted around the room until she spotted a small vent near the ceiling. “I’ll climb up on your shoulders and try to open it,” she said, not bothering to wait for his response.

Adhiraj nodded, crouching down to give her a boost. As Kavya hesitated for a split second before stepping onto his shoulders, the tension between them only grew thicker. The situation was awkward, uncomfortable, and the proximity made them all too aware of their shared history.

As Kavya struggled to pry the vent open, she couldn’t help but let her frustration boil over. “Kisi ke kandhe par chadh ke tum MLA toh ban sakte ho, par kisi ka bharosa nahi jeet sakte. Muh ke bal giroge!” she taunted, her voice dripping with contempt.
