Chapter - 14
____________

Inessa leaned on the wall and watched others waiting for the classroom door to be opened.

The chances of meeting someone she knew were very low. She was not someone who would have been meeting people around or have any friends to find anyone familiar.

Luna was in her defence mode, catching students looking at them as she would glare at them and then they would look away and talk nonsense.

"Don't make it obvious," Inessa whispered and stepped out of the wall.

"Well, I am not."

"Did you just talk back?" She turned and folded her arms, her frown evident on her face.

Luna, for once, realised that Inessa had all rights to fire her from her position. She would not even think once before getting her out of her sight.

So she looked down and kept herself quiet.

"And from now on, don't act like you know me," Inessa said and started to leave her, but all Luna did was gasp, and others turned to look at them.

Shit.

It wasn't going any better.

Inessa didn't wait for her, and Luna stood there abandoned.

She knew that they weren't friends or even close to feeling this way, but her eyes were filling up with anger and humiliation.
She was never treated like that!

But she altogether dropped her rage and turned around, leaving the corridor, away from the students.

But the teacher stopped her from doing so.

"Where are you going?" She looked up and blinked her embarrassment out of her face.

The teacher returned with her.

She was looking down, upset with what just happened. How come Inessa was so ignorant and arrogant as her master?

She stayed quiet as others made assumptions about her.

Inessa was standing away from the crowd on the other side, waiting for the classroom to be open.

But students were still many.

The teacher has this paper in his hand, which he put on the notice board.

So everyone can look at their seating arrangements and classrooms.

Others started to look for their classroom but Inessa stood by on the side, waiting for others to stop looking.

That's when she realised someone had come out of the crowd while pushing the shit out of them and standing next to her a few steps away.

She got goosebumps already.

She glances at her right to find this very guy standing tall next to her.

He was pale and skinny, his dark circles were prominent and he kept chewing his bottom lip while anxiously looking at the crowd filled with students.

She looked down and found his shoes tapping on the ground non-stop. Like he was forced to be there or waiting for something to do.

As he snapped at her way to find her looking at him.

She was quick to look at the noticeboard, avoiding any misunderstanding.

They stood there as students started to follow towards their classroom. There were less than a minute, and many of them had already left the place.

The teacher was guiding them towards their respective classroom, and some of them stood out of place, talking with each other about where to head.
