ENJOY! CHEERS! 🥂In front of him a window, displaying the heavy rain that was disturbing the house's silence with its annoying noise. Each drop hit the clean glass and then fell rapidly, like tears sliding on bare flesh after a moment of overstimulation.
A few lamps were breathing their weak light out, offering life to the shady room. Books, papers, and notes were thrown into the desk, making it as messy as his mind. A bottle full of liquor was standing on his left to keep him company, just in case he felt lonely, and next to it, a pack of cigarettes, a long-time friend of his.
It had been a long week full of a range of tasks already. It was surprising how his mind could still function effectively enough for him to keep working. The computer's screen had dried out his eyes, and a sudden phone call made his headache worse.
"By tomorrow?" he asked, trying to hide his annoyance, "Alright sir. Goodbye."
By the time he hung up, stress had already conquered him. It was a spur-of-the-moment decision made by the other side of the line, and the young man had no excuses for work not done.
Feeling his neck weak, he leaned his head backwards, sighing deeply. A useless attempt to get rid of all his worries. It had been too hectic to cope with without something to help him dull his senses these days. Phones ringing, people calling him to adjust various matters, no one really seeing him as a human being with simple emotions and basic needs. It has been a while since somebody offered him a gentle heartbeat to listen to while lying in the arms of a sweaty body.
Helplessly, his hand reached the cigarette pack. A shameful act that would smoke out an effective way to complete all the necessary tasks in one night. An easy approach to these uninvited problems.
Right at the moment, his fingertips sensed the raspy cigarette paper, the doorbell rang, and the sound of keys unlocking the door followed. Quickly, he grasped the cigarette box and hid it between the tall piles of books on his desk. He didn't want to get caught easing himself this way.
He turned his chair towards the rear and eventually jumped out of it to face his visitor.
"Korn!" he exclaimed in excitement and embraced the taller man.
Their arms felt tight on each other's bodies. The other man enclosed him to his warm embrace, even though he was soaked by the downpour. But this relief didn't last long. Their grips loosened, just to create the necessary distance between their torsos for a quick kiss, full of craving for something more.
"You didn't tell me you are coming," Tonkla complained in a slightly whining tone as their eyes met. Hands gently caressing pieces of skin that needed affection after today's hard work.
"I missed you," explained Korn. His strong hands were exploring the younger man's soft cheek and sharp jawline as he moved closer for another quick hug. Those tender, contagious movements brought smiles to the tired faces of both.
"I'm all wet now, too!" Tonkla exclaimed as he moved away from the other's body, although in fact, he adored it. Wet stains all over his shirt, picturing the older male's shape just like his own fingernails used to paint their presence on Korn's back and sides. On their lips, smiles that were hovering between satisfaction and desire.
As Korn walked further inside the room and sat on the couch, the tiredness he had been attempting to hide unfolded. His whole body, like a melted candle, leaned in the comfort of the thick fabric, and his hand eventually reached his forehead as sharp waves of pain were hitting it. His eyes closed, trying to restrain himself from complaining. But Tonkla could already hear his stressed breath and knew how to ease his lover's fatigue.
