Category 3: The Fight Breaks In

It's been 15 days later after the party. And Unika got settled in very well and got along with Forest and his sisters and frends. What surprised the thers is that he and she grew very close, they have much stuff in common. The next day arrived, but it was a rainy day, the roads, grass, dirt, and buildings were soaked up by the water falling from the skies.

Forest got up in his bed, letting out a long yawn, following a stretch. He shook his head a bit, this time he have slept longer than before, yet he felt more tired. His muscles ached from sleeping in a cold bed. No matter how many times he tried to keep it warm with door and window closed, the cold always wins. How can Wood even sleep?

Forest quietly slipped out of his room, and padded over to the living room, where his sisters were playing poker face cards again.

"Got any threes?"

"Go fish!"

"Darn it!"

Forest tiredly sigh, he walked over to the kitchen to have a drink of water. Blizzard turned and noticed his brother awake.

"You look miserable, Forest" She joked "did a zombie decide to put a hole in the roof right above your head?"

"They may as well..." Forest sigh, taking a glass and going to the sink "why the rain haven't stopped yet?"

"Dunno, it didn't stop since yesterday" Flamingstar replied.

"I'm worried that all this rain is going to flood the streets and use boats instead of cars to go to distant locations" Forest spoke as he turned off the sink, taking the glass of water.

"It's been raining almost nonstop, maybe that's how autumn starts first" Blizzard shrugged.

"Don't remind me, all this water has turned the whole of school grounds into a swamp" Forest turned away from his sisters for a moment to look at the glass of water.

He didn't hesitate, tilting his head back as he brought the rim of the glass to his mouth. The swirling, transparent liquid disappeared past his lips, and into his gullet in two deep gulps. He let out a satisfied exhale after finishing.

"At least we won't have school for a while if the water doesn't dry up" Flamingstar said, placing a card in the table above Blizzard's card.

"I may go and enjoy the rain for a bit" Forest finally said, going upstairs for a moment to get his clothing and helmet.

"You sure? You'll get sick" Blizzard called out.

"I've done this alot sis and look, I'm not dead" Forest grinned while putting his helmet on.

"Alright then, I'll hold a funeral if you keel over from being too wet" Flamingstar joked.

"I don't think it's possible for that to happen" Forest walked to the exit while chuckling "see you guys later!" He smiled, before exiting the house.

Once he was outside and walked away, rain started to fall on him, slowly soaking him up. He always loved to walk under the rain aswell, who doesn't? Crazy Dave and the others have still been busy building the greenhouse, odd, when will they come visit? Or where that building can be so he can visit the humans? The rain was making large puddles were on the land, forming new watering holes. Rainy weather can decrease the body's temperature and immune response once cold and wet. During rainy seasons, people are also more likely to spend time indoors, but for Forest, he rather enjoy it before it lasts, it always washes away the stress of the day and places it into relaxation.

Forest slowed as he caught up to the maze of trees and bushes, the place he and his sisters were found. He felt odd, but he always liked nature combined with rain or stars. He was making a steady pace towards the clearing of the forest where a small lake was settled in. He stayed a few inches away from it, looking at the landscape all around him.
