Miko was extremely, extremely exhausted. Walking around an airport was literally the worst thing she had done in months and the moment she sat down, it felt like her bones had melted into mush. She leaned against her father and immediately fell into a deep sleep.

Her father smiled while taking out his phone to text Sae

Father
She's knocked out cold.

She'll probably be bouncing off the walls once she wakes up, so just mentally prepare yourself

Sae
Oh how fun. 😐

Father
Come on at least show a little excitement
She's been so excited to see you. Your sister loves you, at least be a little happier

Sae
She's also a freaking hyper maniac if she has even an ounce of sugar

Father
I think our plane should be there by tonight. Good luck.

He shut off his phone and leaned against his daughter for some much needed sleep

About 14 hours away, a pink haired male stared down at his phone. A small smile gracing his lips as he looked at a photo of his sister drooling in her sleep. What a dork.

"Hey Itoshi? What are you smiling at?"

"Fuck off."

As expected, as soon as Miko stepped off the plane, she was practically skipping and hoping to the airport. Her father often had to grab her shoulders and re direct her because she was so airheaded, she started going into the wrong direction.

When Miko finally spotted Sae, she squealed and practically ran to hug him. He sighed as she squeezed him tightly into a hug. Eventually, and reluctantly, she pulled away with a cheerful smile.

"I missed you! It feels like forever since we've last seen each other. And now I get to see you play on the field!" Miko said with an very excited face. Yeah, she was practicaly already bouncing off the walls like she had 500 pounds of sugar.

"Good. Well should we get going?"

"Yes! Come on dad, your so slow! We have to see Sae's gigantic house! I've only seen it in photos so I'm excited to see it in person! Let's hurry!"

Sae sighed as she clung to his side, rambling on about about her life back in Japan. School, tests, friends, her weird little after school adventures. Which involved her watching anime or bothering him. Honestly, it was annoying to hear someone ramble for so long but he couldn't tell her to shut up.
