Doctor came out

Everyone:- preeta kaisi hai ? Operation successfully ho gya n? Use kb tk hosh aayega?

Doc:- bolne to dijiye

Everyone got silent

Doc:- operation successful hua baki unke hosh me aane ke baad hi bata skte hai . 3 hr me unhe hosh aa jayega, hum unhe normal ward me shift kr rahe hai uske baad aaplog ek ek kr ke unse mil skte hai , excuse me.

Doctor left

Everyone sigh in relief

After sometime

Inside the ward

Karan was sitting on the couch
With the great difficulty he sent everyone home for some rest as everyone was at hospital from previous night
He assured everyone that once preeta will gain consciousness he will inform everyone but rajveer stayed with him after so much request
Rajveer has gone to take some coffee for himself and his dad eka Karan

Ek hi din me kitna kuch badal gya tha 20 saal pehle aur aaj phir ek baar ek hi din me phir se sb kuch badalne wala hai. Kash aaj preeta ki yaadasht wapas aa jaye .(Looking at unconscious preeta) 20 saal intzaar Kiya hai maine preeta tumhara please aaj thik ho jao humari happy family complete ho jayegi . Bhagwan ji please iss baar ghr walo ka dil Mt todiyega . Pichle 20 saal sbne guilt me apne din raat bitaye hai bahut saza de di aapne humsbko . I know mai selfish ho raha hun but galti to meri aur ghr ke bado ki thi na , mere baccho ki kya galti thi jo un teeno ne bhi saza bhugti hai , unke liye hi sb thik kr dijiye.

His thoughts were broken by rajveer's entry in the ward

Rajveer:- aapki coffee ( handling him the coffee)

Karan:- thank you

The both were having there coffee in silence
It was not an awkward or uncomfortable silence

It was a comfortable silence
The silent company a son wants from his father when the mother is not well
A silent support a man wants from his son when his wife is not well
It was that silence
They didn't talk but provided most needed comfort to eachother

Rajveer:- aap thik hai ?
He asked breaking the ice

Karan:- hmm
He replied

And again there was silence

Maine socha tha ki insbse badla lunga inko barbad kr ke . But sbse mil ke pata chala ki bhagwan ne unhe pehle hi guilt me 20 saal dal ke saza de di hai , aur maa bhi inke pass aake thik hone lgi , mai ye kaise bhul gya tha ki shaurya aur kavya di bhi to maa ke hi bacche hai undonk ki to koi galti na hote hue bhi unhone saza bhugti, kitna galat tha mai, kya maa ye sb janne ke baad mujhe maaf kr payengi, shrishti maa aab to preeta maa bhi thik hone wali hai aap kb wapas aaoge , please aap bhi thik ho jao , meri ek nasamjhi ki itni badi saza de di aapne mujhe ab bardast nahi hota please wapas aa jao na .
