Tinn was doing a check up on a patient. He noticed that the patient was looking at him.
"You're Phi Tinn,right? I saw you at the concert. You have a nice voice. I didn't know you were working here. Can I get a picture" The patient said.
"I'm sorry ,but the procedure didn't allow us to do so. I will give you a list of medicines. Make sure to consume them." Tinn said.
The patient got sad but there was nothing that could be done. He was working right now.
"You're so famous now.." Pearl teased.
"I was known to the public because of Gun. If not because of Gun, people will never notice me. You said your sister is going to have a check up today,right?" Tinn asked Pearl.
"Yes..she does. Nick will bring her here and she will get a check up with Doctor Jane."
"Can you bring her here after the check up? Gun prepared something for her." Tinn said. Pearl immediately smiled when she heard that and she was also excited.

"Sawaddee krap nong" Tinn greet Pear, Pearl's younger sister when she came inside the room.
"Sawaddee ka, phi mor..." Pear responded.
"Do you know why phi asked you here?" Tinn asked and Pear shook her head.
"Pearl told me that you're Gun's fan right?"
"Chai, phi mhor know Chinzilla?"
"I do. They are my friends."
"Really,phi?" The girl got excited. Tinn grabbed the paper bag on his table and gave it to Pear. Pear looked into the paper bag and took out a beanie Besides,she was also excited to get two tickets for the Chinzilla's concert tour in Bangkok. She was surprised as the ticket included meet and greet.
She looked at Tinn and Tinn smiled at her.
"The beanie is a gift from phi Gun. It was something he used before.Phi Gun said that he wanted to see you wearing that at his concert."
Tinn told Pear. Pear smiled happily when she heard that.
"Thank you na Phi Mor...I really love this. Thank you too, phi Pearl. I love you" Pear said.
Pearl was very content to see her sister's beam with happiness. She looked at Tinn and

Tinn was in his room when Pearl entered to inform him that she will grab the lunch with the others. While Tinn was looking at the data of his patient, someone knocked on his door.
"Come in..." He said.
Then Doctor Mook entered his room.
"What can I help you?"
"I was actually thinking if we can hang out after work hours."
"No..."
"Why not? You have been rejecting me many times."
"I already have someone,Mook."
"But I never saw her."
"My relationship isn't anyone's problem."

"Please leave if we're going to talk about a personal matter. I hope you understand. I will never give you what you want. Please find someone else who can give you the love that you desire for." Tinn said and Mook left. She realised that she couldn't have chance with Tinn.
