All my ears can hear is the deafening siren next to me. The place was filled with inaudible noises. Each time I tried to breathe, I felt a sharp pain in my chest. I feel helpless and weak.
I opened my eyes and saw people around me, but everything was fuzzy in my eyes. Someone is carrying me; I can hear him calling my name. I can tell that he is crying.
"Naomi, hold on." I heard Spencer's voice.
I want to answer him, but I don't have the strength to speak.
"Naomi. We're taking you to the hospital. Don't sleep."
But I'm tired, Spencer.
Loud noises begin to ring in my ears. It's so loud for me to handle it.

Pagkatapos ng short consultation ay bumalik na si Ivan sa tabi ko. He is well now. He looks healthy and happy.
"Ate, how are you? What do you need po?" He asked. I didn't answer, I just looked at him while smiling. I missed him so much and I'm glas he is okay now.
"I think water will do." he said, and rushed outside my room.
I gasped when I felt someone hugging me.
"You worried me. Thank goodness you're awake." I was stunned when I realized it was Rei.
I can feel his warm arms wrapping around me.
Rei broke his embrace with me as soon as Ivan entered the room.
"Ate here po." I sipped the water he handed me and thanked him. Rei's stare is still lingering on me.
"Tatawagan ko po muna sila mama, ate. Kuya Rei look after ate muna." Tumango siya kay Ivan.
Katahimikan ang nanaig sa aming dalawa.
"Nahuli ba si Alfred?" Pagsisimula ko sa usapan. Nakita kong tumango siya.
"Thank goodness." Huminga ako ng malalim.
Hindi nasayang ang ginawa ko.
"He has been imprisoned." Dumilim ang ekspresyon ni Rei.
"How about the others?"
"Kagaya ni Alfred ay nasa kulungan na rin. Pagkalipas ng isang linggo ay natunton din namin sina Fuentes, Chua, Jueño at ang iba pang sangkot sa kaso tungkol sa batang kasama ni Ivan na si Giyo. Mas lalong bumigat ang parusa nila dahil doon."
"Giyo? Nabisita niyo na rin ba siya?" Nag-aalalang tanong ko.
"Bakit mas inaalala mo pa ang ibang tao kaysa sa sarili mo? Naomi nakikita mo ba ang kalagayan mo ngayon? Muntik ka nang mamatay!" Bumilis ang paghinga niya.
