As soon as you woke up, you knew something was wrong.
"OMG she's awake!" You heard your friend say and right after somebody or something fell and a chorus of cursing arose.
"Uh hey." A guy that looked like a biker said.
"What. Are you doing. In. My house." You shot up from the couch and hovered over the two that were sprawled out on the floor.
"Well you see honey, this chick was walkin home alone but she coulda gotten hurt so I helped her back here n' she tol' me not to wake ya up but as ya see that didn't work out." He scratched the back of his head with his hand.
"How many times have I told you to stop flirting with random guys? Leave!" You pointed to the door angrily and as they both were about to leave somebody knocked on it.
"Hold on." You opened the door to see a brunette boy with a red sweater, black jeans, and red converse staring at you.
"Hello mam, I am so sorry for the inconvenience but I have been looking for my friend Cronus- have you seen him?" He said politely
'He sounds nice already.' You thought and nodded.
"Hey that's my mannnn!" The guy named Cronus pushed past you and hugged the sweater boy tightly.
"Excuse me this physical contact is completely inappropriate!! I am celibate! Unhand me now!!" Sweater boy said sternly and pushed Cronus off.
"You leave." You glared at your friend.
"What but-" She started to say.
"No I told you last time if this happened again then we were going to separate for good. Now leave." You looked away from her sadly she angrily stormed out and chased after Cronus.
Tears streamed down your face as you thought you were alone, you went to close the door but you noticed somebody was still standing there.
"I am so sorry that my friend Cronus has triggered these sad emotions for you, I will make him apologize maybe we could meet over a cup of tea and we could discuss the situation? Sorry I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Kankri." He said and finished with an extended hand.
You wiped the tears from your face and shook his hand.
"In sorry you had to see that." You sniffled.
"It is completely fine, if you would like then we could meet at the tea shop down the street in one hour?" Kankri smiled.
"Sounds great." You finished the conversation and closed the door as he left.

You walked into the shop and immediately noticed the red sweater of the boy.
"Hey Kankri!" You waved and saw a boy with a tired expression, black hair, freckles, a gray shirt, and like his brother- black jeans and converse.
"Hello," He said as you sat down. "This is my brother Karkat, he enjoys romcoms, using vulgar language, and sitting alone in his room all day."
Karkat waved at you and pulled out his phone.
"My name is (Y/n)." You smiled gloomily at them both and looked at a menu of tea and food items such as cookies and cheesecake.
"I am, again, very sorry about the incident that happened earlier." Kankri said as he also scanned the menu.
"It's fine. I knew I had to separate from her sooner or later." You shrugged and decided to get the Oreo and strawberry cheesecake and mint tea.
"What happened?" Karkat looked up from his phone.
"It would be hard to explain." You said and continued to talk with Kankri through out the rest of the visit while Karkat occasionally gave you curious glances, which you ignored.
-time skip to the end of the visit-
"That was nice, we should hang out some time again. Here's my phone number." You handed Kankri a paper with your phone number on it and he entered it in his phone.
"I will text you later telling you that it is me and yes we should plan something again- as friends of course. Goodbye (Y/n)!" Kankri said with Karkat following close behind.
"Bye Kankri, bye Karkat!" You called and got into your own car and drove home.
