There were twelve of us who came together for this day tour, four of our group were on a private tour so they'll be likely separated from the rest of us.

The only thing I hoped for was to end his hike successfully without any bruises, and I'll be fine with that.
Before we reached the jumpoff point, muli kaming nag-grupo ng apat upang sumakay sa 4x4 na jeep papunta mismo sa jumpoff point na tinutukoy nila. I thought we already reached that when we were dropped off by the van, but I guess I had misunderstanding along the way kaya pati boyfriend ko ay takang-taka sa susunod naming gagawin.
"Where's Felicity?" Derek asked when we group ourselves.

"Ah, okay."
"Is there anything you need from her?" tanong ko sa boyfriend ko. Umiling naman ito agad. "Okay. . . Makikita naman natin sila later. After this forty-minute ride papuntang jumpoff point, we'll meet up with everyone else again tapos simula na ng trekking. This would be the hardest thing I would ever do in my life kaya sana hindi ako malumpo at the end of the day."
Pinatong naman ni Derek ang braso niya sa balikat ko. "Oh, don't worry, babe. We'll get there together."
Me and my boyfriend together with the other joiners jumped into the trunk of the 4x4 jeep. They warned us that the forty-minute ride would be full of dust so we had to cover our faces in case irritation or any allergy might come up.
"This is the first for you guys, right?" tanong ng babaeng kasama namin sa jeep.
Tumango naman ako. "Yes! First time for me and my boyfriend. Ikaw rin, 'di ba?"
"Yes! It's my first time, but my good friend here has done it before though sa ibang bundok naman. So, both of us, first time rin na umakyat ng Pinatubo which scared us first. Kasi naman, 'di ba? The historic tragedy that happened before was the biggest volcanic eruption that had ever happened globally."
"Yes! I've read some stuff online too bago talaga ako mag-book. I had to make sure that everything was safe for us. . . I'm sorry, what's your name nga pala?" I asked. Napangiwi pa ako dahil alam kong nagpakilala kami isa't isa kanina, pero nakalimutan ko kaagad.
"I'm Lanah, and this is my friend, Priscilla," pagpapakilala nito. "And you guys, if I'm not mistaken, Cory and Derek, right?"
"Right! Nakakahiya, naalala mo name namin." Ngiti ko pa.
"No, it's okay! I think he was familiar to me kaya medyo naalala ko lang," pagtukoy pa ni Lanah kay Derek. "Are you a part of something? Basketball? Volleyball? I think I've seen your face somewhere else. . ."
